Very nice people a nice girl greeted me st the door and a nice young boy when I ordered they got to it right away. Also they got it correct and wadnt messy. most places I go to my good is messy but this place is clean. I will definitely come back!!

Never come here if your in a rush. Everything is cooked and made fresh. Each sub is at least a 20min wait.

Of course the food is good, but the customer service is unbelievably awful. Placed an online order at 8:20, and did not received it till 8:59. I arrived at 8:40— all the employees complained loudly about orders coming in and there were more customers in the lobby.
They made everyone wait to get their order around 8:55-8:59.
One of the worse customer service I’ve received and I didn’t even order in person.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!! Ordered online and got there when they said it would be ready. Waited for almost 30mins plus the 20 mins that it said take originally....50mins total for 2 subs!! The children working there could careless and weren't in a hurry to do anything. Eat at other firehouse locations frequently but this one is the worst. Save your time and go down the road to the other 2 sub places close by...
