Great customer service! Clean space, I believe Aiden took my order! Very professional and asked the right questions (round up, would I like my receipt, etc). Keep up the great work

Of course the food is good, but the customer service is unbelievably awful. Placed an online order at 8:20, and did not received it till 8:59. I arrived at 8:40— all the employees complained loudly about orders coming in and there were more customers in the lobby.
They made everyone wait to get their order around 8:55-8:59.
One of the worse customer service I’ve received and I didn’t even order in person.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!! Ordered online and got there when they said it would be ready. Waited for almost 30mins plus the 20 mins that it said take originally....50mins total for 2 subs!! The children working there could careless and weren't in a hurry to do anything. Eat at other firehouse locations frequently but this one is the worst. Save your time and go down the road to the other 2 sub places close by...

Would come here more however, every time we come, they are WAY UNDERSTAFFED and overwhelmed. The working staff are AMAZING workers and polite, but this is poor upper management and the lack of support is crazy especially getting paid minimum wage. Do better upper management/owners.
