Firehouse Subs Taylors

Firehouse always makes good subs but damn. This location is so mismanaged. It can take 30 mins to get a sandwich.

The workers hate it. The customers hate it. It's just a bad experience.

There was one couple eating when I came in. I had to repeat my order twice because the lady wasn't paying attention. While waiting for my food, a family with 5-6 kids came in, and they were yelling at top volume. (I understand this isn't the restaurant's fault, but there should be some kind of rule about disturbing other patrons). The couple quickly finished eating and left. The other customer who came in to order after me wouldn't wait inside, and I plugged my ears. My sub was well below what I expected from Firehouse Subs. The bread was almost soggy. I ask for black olives and mayo. I had a few olives and put the mayo on top of my sub. To say the least, I was mad. I usually get my Firehouse fix from the Travelers Rest store. I love that store and think the Taylors store needs to go over there for some lessons.

I when to the Firehouse subs in Taylors south Carolina on wade Hampton Blvd they didn't get my Order right at all and I am a Firefighter also and I didn't get my Descount at all and I will not go back there at all until they get some better help.............

I understand taking online orders, but when it's not that busy, we order, and it takes 40+ minutes to get food, that's not acceptable. At the very least they need to communicate with customers the wait is 40+ minutes so we can decide to stay or go somewhere else. Many unhappy people going up to check on their orders. Do better.

Slowest staff ever!! Took over 30min to get a sub.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food watch by the time we got it some was cold and some of it wasn't even there!

I went yesterday and had online order placed at 6:03 didn't leave until 7:10. A worker told me they were out of steak but didn't ask what my substitution was. Another employee finally asked and they were working to complete my order. One of the workers working on my order messed it up and then walked off the line and if it wasn't for Kilo my order would've never been correct. I will not be visiting firehouse any longer as I only eat the Firehouse Steak & Cheese. I may only be one person but I value my money and it won't be spent here anymore.

So we went yesterday to get just 3 simple subs, we got there at 6:02pm put our order in and walked in right after at 6:03 and due to the horrible service we received and how much our food was messed up and had to be redone we walked out at 7:10 and the original employee with red hair that saw our order and knew one of our subs couldn’t be made because they had no steak we weren’t told of this for over 30 minutes and one lady who worked on our orders really didn’t know what she was doing so she messed up the replacement order repeatedly and one employee name Kilo finally helped us the best he could but I wouldn’t recommend this establishment for feeding a dog I’m sorry but that’s how I feel

We had to wait an whole hour for our food just for us to not get our correct food they missed up our order 3 times within that whole hour I will never come to the Taylor’s firehouse again

Came in during a special they had going on and it was really really busy and they only had 3 employees working. Got home order wasn’t correct and called back. Brandon was so kind when I called back and told him my order wasn’t correct and apologized and I came back next day and spoke with Katherine and she was nothing short of sweet. She fixed me and my daughter’s order and made it right. Will definitely be coming back. They did the best they could with the help they did have with a full house.

Went to Firehouse last night got take out.These were the worst subs we have ever got there.The bread was ice cold and had so much mayonnaise on them that you could not keep then togetherMy son got a spicy chicken and the chicken was cold was never heated and we got no pickles.I guess I'll have to go back to Greer to get a good sandich.

I love Firehouse Subs. This location was a major let down..There was 4 people in front of me..Took over 40 minutes to get my food. There was no ice in the soda machine. The seats ,floors, tables were disgustingly filthy...For $15.00.the food wasnt very filling.I expect way better all around service and would not recommend this place to anyone..To Anna in Guest Services..I wouldn't go to this location ever again.Its disgusting....Instead of leaving stupid responses, maybe fix that store and hire some people who actually care.
