Pleasantly surprised. I had not been to Hardees for a long time but I decided to visit recently. The had a very good deal for two sandwiches, fries, and a drink so I went with that. Everything tasted very good. Definitely worth returning on a future visit.

Gravy for biscuits SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE GRITS !!! And, there is suppose to be sausage in the gravy. I stopped ordering the biscuits in 2022 because they never could figure out how to add flour to water and mix. I waited 45 minutes for them to correct and it still has lumps and no sausage! This place hasn’t changed and no wonder the reviews are bad. Also the promo the cinnamon biscuit hard as a brick And the remake gravy has larger clots of flour , so they still didn’t correct it! Mmmm, nothing like clumps of flour for breakfast! Learn how to make gravy.

Waited 35 minutes for one egg cheese biscuit, two gravy biscuits and one egg on side. One large decaf coffee and hash browns. Ended up saying they were out of decaf, needed to make more gravy. Then my order sat on counter until it was cold. No receipt. Every one just standing around ignoring the customer's. Several walked out. Ridiculous service! Obviously no one can talk either. Not one apology or recognition.

I've eaten here a few times, and the food was serviceable, but the last time I went I noticed after I left the drive thru that they'd upsized my meal without asking me. I tried again today thinking it was a one-off incident, but they tried again. I noticed this time, and left instead of paying. If I order a number 11, the subtotal before tax should be the combo price on the menu, $9.89 instead of the $10.79 it started at. Won't be back.

Went for breakfast for the first time in like years. Got a biscuit sandwich. Came home and I was just given a plain biscuit with nothing in it. Waste of time and money that I won't get back. How do you mess that up, it wasn't even busy.

Stopped by this morning to grab breakfast on my way home from dropping the kids off at school. I was greeted by Ms. Rose at the drive thru window. She was so sweet and her smile was infectious! I enjoyed my brief encounter with her this morning and drove away with a smile!
