Was reluctant in going since Hardee's know for slow service. Cashier very friendly actually did smile. I felt bad since was stuck on phone. Food came out fast for lunch time. Burger and fries outstanding. Thanks for being better than a normal Hardee's. Must be new team members or managers. Keep it up the great work!

Pulled up just after noon and ordered a combo. The drive through was not busy, still had to wait 10 minutes for my order and realized before I left the drive through, my order was missing the fries. Went back through the drive through, told them about the mistake, had to wait in line. At this point my burger was getting cold so I just decided to ask for a refund. They gave me less than $2 back. I went inside after reading the receipt, and asked for a full refund. They only gave me back another $2.16 cents. I left with less money than I came with and no food. I basically paid $5 for a sprite and wasted 20 minutes of my day dealing with incompetent employees, and im still hungry

Ordered 20 biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage and 10 hashbrowns they don’t answer their phone there so I had to go to the store last night to put in the order. The guy said it’ll be ready at 10 o’clock. I get there at 10 o’clock this morning, they said that’s the first they’ve heard of it and it would take 45 minutes or so to get that ready That used to be the best Hardee’s in the world, but it is going downhill fast.

Pleasantly surprised. I had not been to Hardees for a long time but I decided to visit recently. The had a very good deal for two sandwiches, fries, and a drink so I went with that. Everything tasted very good. Definitely worth returning on a future visit.
