I waited 45 mins to get my food through the drive thru. In that time they served 3 customers, made one pull forward who is sitting there still when I was behind them. Then the customer behind me even pulled off after ordering. The lady at the window was rude and should be fired. Date was 1/11/25. Might should think about shutting down or hiring all new staff. They also failed to give me a straw or forks for the food as well. The ice in my tea was completely melted and the tea tastes terrible. The hash browns were spilled all in the bag. As well as all the food was cold.

I used my mobile reward app today came in. Got a chicken sandwich. It was horrible. It was so cold and old. I went through drive-through came inside showed the employee. The employees were very nice two white males in the store One black male, leaving as I came in he stated we got a remake coming in as he was leaving.They did replace my order. It was better than it was the original time .. The customer service was excellent just the food quality not so much. I think the grease may need to be changed as well. The food smelled very funny my apple pie and the chicken ..though the service is great. I would not recommend eating at this Hardee’s when I went there …there was no one there. Only one person in the drive-through and nobody inside the dining room the quality of the food should have been better or made fresh to order. Again, great customer service but food quality not so much.

The time says open at 5 but no one comes to the window. Lights are on and cars in parking lot but mo service. Whats the point of being open and no services you. I see why they keep getting shut down

Everything is always good at Hardee's sometimes y'all put egg on my sandwich when I ask for no egg but that's not a big deal always fix it with no problems.

Stood here since 7 am waiting for the inside to open. 8 am I decided to give up. Sign says 6 am inside should be open. I walked here in the rain to get coffee and some breakfast so I could warm up. It's ridiculous

Stopped in today for a burger for lunch. This was the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been to in a long time. Restroom smelled fresh as did the dining room. Great job to the crew that was getting it done.

Got here and the drive through has a line of cars waiting out to the street with at least 10 cars waiting to order. So I go inside. Standing here still after 8 minutes without even being acknowledged by any of the staff. Almost like they are hoping I get mad and walk out. Never felt so unwelcome. I gave the food one star as well because they discontinued my favorite pork chop and gravy biscuit..bring it back already!!

I usually go early and im always impressed with how nice whoever working window is. There was a young lady there for a bit last year and now a young man. Always kind and professional. Biscuits good too but if manager reading this your early am crew at window please note that they are great

I order a burger, coke, and medium fry and was the only customer in the restaurant. The burger tasted like it had been sitting and sitting, I took two bites and asked for a refund for the burger. The guy apologized but didn't see to be bothered. I was starving and then super irritated that I couldn't eat the meal I paid $12 for.
