The door I walked in was disgusting... Exactly what time do you start serving lunch? That would be good information to have .. Never ordered and the door I walked out of was disgusting.. try cleaning

Wow!! Great change of pace. Fast & friendly service is back! Came back for lunch and those bathrooms smelled so fresh. Clean. I came threw drive threw this morning. 100 times faster, no wait hardly. The manager, Allie is the best position for the Assistant General Manager. I believe she said she was just coming back and training. But I believe that young lady is what you guys need to take Hardees back to were people enjoy coming to, where we can get treated with respect and promt service. I will be back again.Kid-friendliness: They dont have toys for their kids meals, but the friendly fast service is good enough
Can't get enough people to work. Often Can't open the Inside part of restaurant.but those that do work are not compensated enough to keep them.

The middle-aged woman who always takes our order is super nice and personable. She's a huge asset to this location. I usually get the sausage and egg biscuit and the loaded omelet biscuit combo with a large coffee and everything was delicious. The atmosphere here also appears to be well cared for and the staff move quickly and work hard. Thanks, Hardee's.

Fast hot food only issue was we asked for a large cup of water and offered to pay for the large cup didn't expect it for free, it was for our service dog we had with us, and the cashier at the window refused to give us a large size she kept repeating only small or med only small or med. We were offering to pay for the water it was for a larger size dog so the large cup would have been a size needed but she was rude about it and refused even with payment

Hardees is a good choice of burgers and if you need a quick bite or to try their new items. I recommend fresco sandwiches in the morning as the sandwiches themselves help to top off the morning when there's places to be. I do not recommend the coffee if you like sweet coffee beverages as their coffee is strong and requires about several sugar packets.
Food is good at Hardee's, and that's why I eat there. It takes longer to get food there, but that's how the quality happens.Last time, they did confuse my order, but this is rare.As with most fast food places, the dining area inside is usually not very clean.
