It feels like you are definitely in the south! The lovely lady working at the front was so friendly and helped me choose what to eat! She was so friendly! Also, the food was so good!!! Definitely should come check it out!!!

The atmosphere was so appealing to our antisocial/social personalities, the waiting was absolutely awesome. Typically if you’re sweet then people will reciprocate that, our waiter, “Q” was so sweet and made sure to fulfill every need he was met with. His sweet and assuring voice pitched the perfect recommendations of what his favorite items off the menu were. His tastes in food were exceptional!! The dim lighting cast the perfect personification of a new wave era of biscuits eating while hosting a bourbon wood panel of walls and floors. It was quiet with some great tunes playing! The service was quick to satisfy our hunger and thirst. The mimosa paired with Jazzys omelette drizzled in Tabasco hot sauce was superb. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I'm new in the area....this restaurants location felt like it was it was off the beaten path...walked in and the place was empty...which is astonishing because the food and service was amazing but it was later in the day......one server and one chef.....those biscuits are what dreams are made of.......food spectacular....highly recommend.....you won't regret it!!!!

Place was empty for lunch and obviously understaffed (the gal taking our order was miserable). What really unnerved me was this gal telling my daughter we couldn't bring baby food in for her 1 year old. Food was just OK and pricey.

The butter and jelly bar alone is to die for! Biscuits are huge and fluffy. Omelets are off the charts! Julia that manages the front of house was super sweet and helpful our first time. Will definitely be returning!

The food is delicious. And the service is wonderful. Very kind, polite, and funny. Also, they allowed us to substitute the yummy grits for the eggs. We had a wonderful brunch there after church today. Adam was our server and he did a great job. We also adore Q! They remembered us and made us feel like family.
Cold in the restaurant! (Inman location 32 outside).One of our plates was served cold. Could not order mimosa.now even though on menu. Only good thing was our server was on point. Will stick with the one in Taylor’s.

My son and I just went to the new Maverick (on Pleasantburg near Cherrydale and Montebello). We felt so welcomed with a wonderful and friendly staff with such delicious food! We loved it and will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Food was excellent, our server, Luis, was on top of things and so very friendly. In fact the whole staff was friendly and welcoming! I ordered the omelet florentine, on Luis’s recommendation(—who knows the food better than an employee). The portions were huge and I’m taking leftovers home for later. Highly recommend this business. Love the background music they play too!
