Make sure you check your pickup orders before you leave the parking lot. I ordered a spud max and a choose two with a chef salad and a cup of soup. The potato had barely any toppings and some were omitted, the chef salad I ordered was in the same condition. I literally had to add toppings from my fridge and reheat the potato to make it somewhat close to what it was supposed to have looked like. They also put my hot cup of soup in the same box as the salad making it withered and inedible. I reached out to the store first to provide feedback and was offered rewards points which is unacceptable. I replied to the manager via email asking for a refund and was ignored which made this an even more unpleasant experience.

I ordered a salad and found black dirt in the lettuce. I showed the dirt to an employee and they got me another salad but there was no apology or concern at all. It was almost like this was a common thing that happens. I couldn’t eat the salad because I was so disgusted. Very disappointing!

Ordered the King Club and extra pickles. No bacon on the sandwich and no pickles. Food was good and seemed fresh, but $20 for a sandwich that does not contain all the ingredients makes for an unhappy eater.

After a very horrible precious experience of waiting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes waiting on 2 teas, we decided to try again. After this experience, we will not be going back to this location again. We were handed our food and told to have a great day, only to ask for the drinks that went with our order. I decided to inspect our food to verify that it was there only to discover that we were missing a kids pizza. Once again we made it back home and found out we were missing a Mac n cheese side and the au jus that was to come with another entree. This food is extremely expensive to not get what we paid for.

Says to hold on and someone would be right with me and then disconnects. They also boxed them together and the salad was mostly warm. Won't eat there any time soon and won't recommend them either.

Not impressed with this location at all, the food isn't as fresh and the menu is misleading. We observed multiple dirty tables during a slow time. My son ordered the "Auntie Anns" pretzel dogs and didn't receive his dipping sauce and got one pretzel with no weiner.
