I ordered a burger meal online for pickup, and I realized I forgot to add sauce to my order. So I asked at the window for sauce. I know that at this location there is no up charge for sauces. When I asked her, for a couple sweet and sours, the lady said “you gotta ask for that at the back.” And I said “oh. Well I can pay for it if I need to?” And she said “nah. You just gotta ask for it at the back I been tellin everybody that.” And I was just like “oh. Ok.” She then rolled her eyes at me and asked me how many I needed. Rude and disrespectful. Never once have I had this experience here before. There was a nicer way for her to tell me that next time to ask for them before I pull up to the window without rolling her eyes at me and just having a nasty attitude.

My wife and I went through the drive thru at the McDonald’s on Wade Hampton in Taylors. The service was a little slow. When I received my food I was disappointed the French fries. They were not fresh and were a bit dried out from sitting in the warmer: I would say as McDonald’s go this one is below average.

Better Golden Arches than most states I’ve been too. Fries were right order was also correct. First McDonalds in over several states that had a simple order correct the first time. Staff at window was extremely pleasant and I could tell they were working the job. Not the job working them. They were how every fast food chain should be.

This location is very hit or miss. Some times it's a 5 star, others it's a 0 star. I guess it depends on who is working. I wish this location was a 5 star more often. Seems like some of the staff just doesn't care. I was asked to pull up in the drive thru so have someone bring my order out, to watch 3 cars behind me receive their food. I went inside to ask and my food was just sitting there and cold by the time I got it. No care in the world from the staff that night. What's the point of a drive thru if I still have to come in?
