This location is very hit or miss. Some times it's a 5 star, others it's a 0 star. I guess it depends on who is working. I wish this location was a 5 star more often. Seems like some of the staff just doesn't care. I was asked to pull up in the drive thru so have someone bring my order out, to watch 3 cars behind me receive their food. I went inside to ask and my food was just sitting there and cold by the time I got it. No care in the world from the staff that night. What's the point of a drive thru if I still have to come in?

My Daughter got food poisoning from her McChicken sandwich. We waited for over 30 minutes to get our food. I will never go back.
My family and I had a very negative experience here. We waited for an order of one burger and one fries for 30 minutes, when I asked the employee if the order with my number was ready, she collected everything but never gave it to me, I had to ask another person again for my order. Also, we ordered food "here", they gave us "to go", and when we asked to change it, they refused. The fries were already cold by that time.

3days ago I sent for food as many times as I got food at this location this is the worst I ever seen I tried to call several times and can't get thru ordered ⁴4 mc chicken add Mac sauce they sent it the size of a dto me with no lettuce are anything on them except a spec of Mac sauce the size of a dime got a big Mac meal it had nothing on it except a spec of Mac sauce and nothing else fish sandwich meal sandwich had cheese when it didn't supposed to and no tarter sauce tried calling several times can't get thru don't know if Hillary still there are not thatswho I was going reach out to are find out who owned it don't know if the people fixing food ain't geting trained are high. With the prices of food yes I'm very upset.

This McDonald's is out of my way, and it's not as convenient a drive for me. I made the trek here because my usual MikeyD's sucks. This place Taylors location was Fast, Friendly,Convenient and the food was Fresh! I was almost in tears it was such a better experience! I came back for 6 the experience wasn't as amazing but still way better than Greer!
