I wish I could give it 0 stars, first off the food was not fresh. The rice was poorly made. The employees were all sitting at a table in the restaurant looking at their phones. I mean completely bizarre. There were a bunch of leaves on the ground inside the restaurant and the floors and tables were a complete mess. The supposed salsa bar was non existent and the napkin, forks and straw counter looked like it had never been cleaned up. How hard can it be to clean up a damn countertop. Look i'm usually not critical and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was bizarre, out of a movie almost. If i was the owner I would be pissed. Have some respect for your customers or they'll all leave.

I placed my order online, got there and apparently it wasn't coming up on the screen. Had to show email, then wait in line after people to make my order. I had my child in the car as I expected to just run in and grab my food, so I asked a younger guy if I could write down what I had so i can go out to check on her. He was going to print the receipt because magically my order was found, but couldn't print it so he wrote it down. The manager had a problem with that, said I could've just told them down the line, he told her "she has a kid in the car" the dirty looks she was giving had me pisssseeeddd.. I wanted to say so many words but I kept it at "don't do too much" "I placed my order online, this isn't my fault" I'll never go back there. It's filthy and one of the workers toddler was in a highchair biting and spiting paper all over the floor. GET A NEW MANAGER! She almost got her feelings hurt today.

We stopped for dinner this afternoon around 3:30pm. There was one couple sitting eating and we were the only ones in line. The restaurant was a mess and there was a sign on a full trashcan that said to use the other can. It would have been just as easy to take out the trash rather than taking the time to make a sign. We ordered and a girl started our food and slid it down the line. Then she started putting together a call in order. We watched for 10 minutes while our food sat waiting for someone to ask us what we wanted on it. We never got any help and it never was completed. After 10 minutes of no help and being ignored all along by 6 people behind the counter, we gave up and walked out. Not even a word from anyone as we left. We went down the street to the Crazy Quesadilla and we were greeted very nicely and we got hot, fresh food there.
This was a pathetic experience and we won't be going back. Good luck with this location lasting much longer...

Food was good thankfully, but the service was sub par. My husband, the guy in front of us, and I all ordered stacks and the young girls didn’t know how to make them, they put too much in the stack and then couldn’t fold them. The manager and the guy working covered for them and got our food out to us correctly. The young girls also did not listen well to what we wanted on our meals and kept interrupting to ask what else.

Food was poorly made and put together. Have been to plenty of Moes before and this was just dissapointing to see. Under portions and food that was undercooked and falling apart or burnt, you name it and that was the experience my wife and I had at this location. I asked specifically for no beans and thank God I didn't take a bite without looking otherwise I would've had an allergic reaction. 0/10 do not recommend this location to anyone! Spend the gas to go somewhere else.

Rice was in clumps and the food looked like it was old and the containers were even worse. Someone needed to clean around them. The employees look like the just got out of bed which is not good. I turned around and walked out without ordering. I'm done with this Moes. They can take lessons from the Augusta Rd. Moe's I like that restaurant even if it's 5 miles away.

15 min wait before placing order. Workers too busy playing to wait on customers. Trash and food all over floor under tables. Tables dirty. Counter by sauces dirty. Gave one star because that’s the least I could give it. This use to be the cleanest and nicest moves location. Now it’s the nastiest. Over the last year it’s just gotten worse.

It makes me so sad to see the quality of the food decline over the past year I have been coming to this location. Every Monday, I am a regular customer and I get a burrito bowl. Usually the service is decent or the one manager (I do not recall her name) is complaining about not having a day off, the job in general, or talking down to the staff. There are a few people who are good like AJ (I believe his name is) and some of the younger crew, very respectful. Unfortunately over the past few months, there has been times I came in, I am the only person there and still had to wait awhile for my food. I understand having to wait but at least let the food be fresh if I am waiting. The past 3 times I have had to throw the rice in my bowl away because I can’t bring myself to eat it. Mushy rice is okay? I came at night on 10/15 and had mushy rice and chips that tasted like salt was wasted on them instead of carefully poured, today I go close to opening and the same experience. The rice is sitting so long it’s cold and mushy. I can’t remember the last time I actually enjoyed eating from here but now I need to find a new place to go.

I never leave reviews but this one felt warranted. Disappointing to see a place I used to love go downhill the way it has. The last 3 times I’ve gone, service has been slow (which can be forgiven if there’s a rush), but most of these visits have not been during a busy time. Today’s visit it took 35 minutes to get from ordering to receiving my order. Staff is more concerned with personal conversations and are disorganized and sloppy. Beyond that, the restaurant is generally dirty enough that I don’t eat in-house anymore.
