Such a downhill slide. Used to be great. Now it’s undercooked rice, cold chicken, stale soggy chips, and some of the rudest and lazy high school employees I’ve ever dealt with. They just announced they are only open til 7 instead of 9 now, so clearly something is up with management. Switching to chipotle now that we have one just a few blocks away.
Omg the people were the absolute best with amazing service and with being incredibly kind and the food was amazing as it always is ❤️ (and idk if u can find the people who worked today[8/10/25] but definitely give them a raise frfr]

Moe Monday which I love!!! They was out of season rice, queso, and grilled onions and peppers at 7:00 pm when they close at 9. This was outrageous!!!

The employees are all young and very rude, one got an attitude because I asked her to change her gloves after she was sweeping the floor and the as going to fix my food. The restaurant is always nasty, the last time I went there I had a quesadilla, they put it in the bag with my chips and the quesadilla fell right out of the bag by the time I got home. NOT ONLY THAT I HAD TO TELL THE CASHIER MY EXACT CHANGE TO GIVE BACK TO ME!! WTH!!!!
tonight's experience was so appalling, walk into the new norm of this store. The dining room is dirty, no tea in the urns, half the soft drinks need refilled, salsa station a mess and empty. I order a steak stack, steak is burnt to a tire but I can deal so I don't say anything. Wife orders a chicken quesadilla, chicken also burnt and inedible...she brings it to the counter after trying to tough through it and requests a gift card instead of trying to refund to our card since we would have come back. Sierra ( Jennifer the managers daughter) starts to scream at my wife that we always complain every time we come and That we don't clean up after our filthy kids.. We've been customers at this location for 10 years, probably paid for Steve's vacation home for a few months with our revenue. After the screaming subsides ( I had to go to the counter and Sierra retreated into the kitchen) Jennifer and the girl working the register come and apologize and explain the girl (Sierra) has an anger issue and shouldn't have talked to us like that. No crap! Will not go back. This place has went downhill so far from what it used to be. Wish the owner would get a grip on this place instead of ignoring messages and reviews from the community. What could have been a pleasant interaction with a customer just trying to get their food corrected almost turned into a physical altercation.
Jennifer was delightful running the crew tonight. Food was great and the restaurant was clean and welcoming

This place is not only disgusting in terms of cleanliness, but they're always out of food and the girls working tonight looked overwhelmed and unkind. This location needs serious help.
I wish I could give it 0 stars, first off the food was not fresh. The rice was poorly made. The employees were all sitting at a table in the restaurant looking at their phones. I mean completely bizarre. There were a bunch of leaves on the ground inside the restaurant and the floors and tables were a complete mess. The supposed salsa bar was non existent and the napkin, forks and straw counter looked like it had never been cleaned up. How hard can it be to clean up a damn countertop. Look i'm usually not critical and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was bizarre, out of a movie almost. If i was the owner I would be pissed. Have some respect for your customers or they'll all leave.

Doesn't seem as clean and organized as other Moe's restaurants in the area.
I placed my order online, got there and apparently it wasn't coming up on the screen. Had to show email, then wait in line after people to make my order. I had my child in the car as I expected to just run in and grab my food, so I asked a younger guy if I could write down what I had so i can go out to check on her. He was going to print the receipt because magically my order was found, but couldn't print it so he wrote it down. The manager had a problem with that, said I could've just told them down the line, he told her "she has a kid in the car" the dirty looks she was giving had me pisssseeeddd.. I wanted to say so many words but I kept it at "don't do too much" "I placed my order online, this isn't my fault" I'll never go back there. It's filthy and one of the workers toddler was in a highchair biting and spiting paper all over the floor. GET A NEW MANAGER! She almost got her feelings hurt today.
