Beware of the chips! They will give you a heart attack with the amount of salt on them! We have been to this location and it is decent enough otherwise. The staff are friendly but slow. Food is alright quality but not as good as some others. It feels very chaotic there though for no good reason. We have been the only customers in the place before and staff (one woman in particular) are still in a frenzy and the dining room is still a mess.

Friendly staff but sloppy. My burrito was bursting. It made it very difficult to eat even in the foil. I always finish my food but this time neither I or my wife could finish. It was so salty and my chicken just looked weirdly under cooked. It's unfortunate. I used to love Moe's.

Placed my order online and arrived 3 minutes before pickup time. They had not started making my order yet, which is fine. They also hadn't started on the order for the guy who arrived after me, but had a pickup time set for 15 minutes before mine. I ordered 3 meals, 1 with chicken, 2 with ground beef. After a while of waiting for my order, they informed me that they were out of beef. Since I had already paid for it online, I just asked that they sub chicken instead. When I got home with everything, my husband started eating his nachos (which were originally supposed to have ground beef) and they didn't even have chicken on them. There was no meat on that item at all, which was extremely disappointing. It will be a long while before I attempt to order from this Moe's location again.

I never leave reviews, especially bad reviews. However, I’ve been coming to this moes for years since it’s close to my house. It’s by far the worst managed moes in town if not the country. Constantly understaffed, the register POS system is always down, the app never works here and it looks like a bomb went off everytime I walk in. It’s not the employees fault, it’s the owner whom I have never seen. You can just tell they’re super cheap by the way the store is run. I’m an easy going customer and I end up walking out and going somewhere else for one reason or another every 1/5 times I go here.

I have never left a review but the experience was so bizarre I feel compelled to do so. Wife and I walked in and were completely ignored while employees stood behind the counter. No greeting or asking if we were ready to order. Once we realized they weren’t going to ask, we asked them if they were ready for us. While making eye contact we got no response. No nod or acknowledgment at all. It was bizarre. So I just started saying what were we’re going to order and surprising the young lady started grabbing tortillas and what not but never once through the entire process did she speak to me. Same thing as my wife ordered. I’ve never had an experience like that before and it was completely unsettling. Food was below par, salsa stand was in disarray, no forks, and trash cans were overflowing. Going to Chipotle 💀

What happened to this restaurant?! This had always been the Moe’s I frequented. I ate there on 1 November. The four young ladies running the place seemed less than happy to be there. The drink machine was down and while that may happen every now and then, their options for bottled drinks was in very short supply.
The food was mediocre, dried, and check this… they sprinkled the chips with sugar instead of salt. We said something and all the help said was, “I guess (?) got the salt mixed up.” Really?! Trash was overflowing, no tofu and very watery salsa (yuck)… shall I go on???? Won’t be going back to this Moe’s ever!!!!!!

If I could rate my experience 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting now. I used to come here all the time and it was one of my favorite spots to eat. Now I’m disgusted everytime I walk in there. Between the workers attitude, cleanliness of the restaurant, and horrible sanitation practices of the workers it’s very disappointing. Having your food prepared by someone wiping sweat off their forehead, wiping their nose, and not washing their hands or wearing gloves before touching food is disgusting. Not only that but outright exclaiming annoyance at every person walking in and huffing and puffing around is unwelcoming. Actions need to be taken or the current management is going to run that place to the ground. Never coming here again unless serious changes are made.

This Moe’s has went downhill the past 1-2 years. My last few experiences here have been terrible, and I will go to a different location. Sometimes they only accept mobile orders, last visit was cash only and most of the time they are out of a lot of ingredients. The workers do not seem happy to be there and are rude.

We walked in and ordered our food. Only one girl behind the counter was working, other people were in the back not helping. Once we receipt food, we had to search for somewhere to sit, not because they were busy, but because every table was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned. We then went to get drinks and attempted to get sweet tea, but both the sweet tea containers and the unsweetened containers were unsweet tea. One of the girls said if I wanted to wait she could make some in 5 mins, but we were ready to eat so I declined. This used to be a go to for our family, but this place has seriously declined and will be the last time we ever visit
