I usually come here to study with my friend and the staff is so nice. No matter what subject I feel so productive with the environment. I usually order the squash soup and it’s amazing!!! I hope they never take it off the menu. The staff is helpful when it comes to preparing my food. I get the food about 5-7 minutes after I place it (As long as they aren’t too busy). I would recommend this Panera to anyone and everyone. (Story of a study trip I had there: My friend and I were the last customers out of there at around 8:50 and we were chatting with the manager. After saying have a great night she offered us free cookies and I can’t tell you how much that made my night.) I will always return back to this establishment to study and grab some good food!

Went through drive through and the order taker was very rude. Then at the window he just barks out my total. Is it that hard to say hello like we’re all human beings? Then they made my sandwich wrong, but is most likely the order takers fault. Never repeated it back or offered a receipt.

Today is my first time eating food from Panera and the cashier that helped was absolutely wonderful and understanding. Mrs Mary Pelika was so helpful and informative. She made my first experience delightful. Oh Yea , food and pastries was great!

Picked up a rapid pick up order I had to ask for a cup for my drink When I In the bag there was no napkin no spoon for my soup . The tag on the outside of the bag had a place to check to make sure everything was alright it was not
