Never had any issues until tonight. Our order was delivered, after the time was postponed a couple of times, and the food we got was cold. Not that it really made that big of a difference, because our order was wholly wrong. Not only was it wrong, but what we received was less food than what we ordered but they still charged us full price for the larger meal. I called the store and they apologized, saying they would get a manager. I was then put on hold, until they started playing an infinite ad loop. Don't order from here. They will steal from you.

I have tried this location many times since moving to the taylors area. Unfortunately my experience each time has been poor at best. Wrong order, missing items, longer than quoted delivery times. This last time is the final straw. I ordered at 630 and was quoted an hour time. One hour later i recieved a call stating that they cancelled my order, and had run out of dough. This is a pizza place, dough is literally everything they do. I asked what they were going to do to fix the situation and was put on hold indefinately. My money was still taken and no sign of a credit yet. This location does not deserve to be in business. Avoid at all cost. I will think twice before ever ordering pizza hut again.

I didn't know what to say about their "Atmosphere" because I ordered delivery. Their problems amount to an error in their navigation that sent the delivery driver to the wrong address before (somehow) correcting itself in a way that confuses me. But I used the tracker to see what was happening and I tried to call the store (I couldn't call the driver because I didn't have his number), but they put me on hold.

THEY PLAY THE SAME LOOPED ADS OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND DESTROY YOUR PATIENCE WHILE YOU ARE "ON HOLD". They didn't pick up until the delivery guy made it maybe fifteen minutes later. The phrase "In a hurry?" has never before inspired such rage in me.

When I wrote a complaint in their survey, one of the questions was if I got their "Chicago Tavern" pizza. Basically an ad. I'm so annoyed by this that I'm telling you guys about it.

I ordered late, but that's no excuse. If anything, there should've been somebody waiting at the store with nothing to do waiting for the delivery guy to return so they could immediately finish closing down. I shouldn't have been on hold for very long.

(In fact, as far as they know, I could've been calling saying that the delivery car exploded with the smart phone inside, but he himself was okay but needed a ride from a coworker. Or something like that. Or you know. Something that didn't specifically require an ambulance.)

Pizza Hut's really gone downhill in terms of customer service.

Life'N' It With Licia

We went to this location at the end of last year to redeem my daughter's monthly reader coupons, but unfortunately, they were out of the personal pans. Ms. Stacy told me she'd let her manager know, and we'd still be able to redeem it after the expiration date. Months later, we went back and Ms. Stacy redeemed our coupons and accomodated us with the one for last time! Ms. Stacy's customer service is truly an asset to this location!!

I placed an online order at 5:30PM, at 8:50pm I called since my order hasn’t been delivered yet, and the person who answered the phone (Erica) said it was was “assigned to DoorDash” yet when she checked it was not the case. They canceled and “remade” my food, but when it arrived 3 hours after I had placed the initial order, the sauces were both broken and the wings had very obviously just sat on a hot shelf since the first order.Tried calling back and was left on hold via multiple phone calls for over an hour, and now they’re just repeatedly hanging up the phone. Will NEVER be returning.
