When you walk in you aren’t greeted nicely, the older lady at the front counter always greets you with a rude attitude and rolls her eyes constantly while you are trying to speak! This is my second time coming in and being greeted this way!

Placed a order on 12-13-25 gentleman told me 15-25 mins so I get there and knew I would have to wait bc it had only been 5 mins (was at the red light) walked in first they had my order under a totally different name but received my pizza when I walked in again maybe 5 mins later then when she handed it to me I told her I ordered large that was not a large she was VERY RUDE with me so I just took it didn’t want anything done to my food. Ate it around 3 pm by 9 pm I was sick as a dog both ends, called them to see if anyone else had been sick and the gentleman that answered laughed and hung up on me. So today I have been calling since 11 am to let them know and I keep being sent to what they say is the call center but when you call they ask pick up or delivery. I ask for a manager they can’t help me told me I would have to just keep calling back.. did anyone else get sick from pizza there last night? I’m also reporting this to dhec

Ordered online and when I arrived at around 2:30pm on 12/8/25 I definitely was not met with a smile, instead I felt like I was inconveniencing the lady that had to come to the cash register. After paying for my food I took it to my truck and realized they forgot the extra side of marinara I ordered, which I figured I could just go in and let them know it was missing and they’d simply grab one and I’d be on my way. However, the lady tried to tell me it wasn’t on my order, I tried showing her the order I made online and at first she ignored that and wanted to insist on asking me my name so she could look it up on the computer, (even though I was showing her the exact order I had just paid for), but when pulling my name up didn’t seem to work she glanced at my phone and then finally went back and grabbed me a cold marinara sauce and handed it to me. The food they make is delicious but the service is at a level where it makes you not want to order from this location again. Now that I’ve had this experience I can definitely recommend that the business provide customer service training so their staff does not continue to treat customers in this manner

Horrible experience! Put in a pre-order that never showed up and first got the run around that the driver was on the way. The app said it was delivered but not to my house! To get me off the phone they said they would refund me and when I followed up they would only apply a credit for Pizza Hut.

The Delivery was late and the food was very cold. The pizza what's fresh at all. The toppings appear to be very old. The whole order was very unappetized.

Don't know the atmosphere at this location but coming people it's Pizza Hut. Its what we 80s babies know as pizza and and what became our pizza delivery service. Not bad not great but definitely nostalgic and makes me miss the old school restaurants they used to run!

The food I ordered was good - got exactly what I ordered. But, I ordered carry out and when I got there I had struggled to get the doors open (have never had that happen before, unsure if the doors were just stuck at a weird angle, had to apply more pressure than normal, was worried I would damage them or something if I pulled too hard) and the cashier inside straight up looked right at me, went onto her cellphone, and walked away. Then looked back at me, still on her cellphone, and went further back into the store. When I was finally able to get inside, a different person helped and she was nice and got my meal and I was able to leave quickly after…but since I had stood outside for several minutes trying to get the door to open left me feeling rather dumb and unhappy and soured my meal as well as the rest of my day.

Why do people love to criticize pizza? This Pizza Hut is fenomenal! It helped me in my 10pm hungry.
