Red Crab - Juicy Seafood

Actually an unplanned visit. Had the Shrimp Po Boy. The shrimp were seasoned well and the roll was fresh. I was fortunate that I got a side of slaw. The slaw and a couple of their sauces dressed up the sandwich it something special. Looking forward to stopping there again for one of their steamer combos when times not an issue.

My wife and I went there for lunch. Like most places now it seems they were short of help. It did take longer to be seated than it should have because there was only one table of guests when we arrived. I will say that after that the service was great. The food and drinks came quickly. My food was excellent. I had a cajun boil of shrimp, mussels and snow crab. My wife had fried catfish that was not up to her standards. She realized that the boil was the way to go at this restaurant.

10/10 recommend! Place is spacious and well decorated. Food was hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Prices are very reasonable and the wait staff is attentive and kind. I always go for the friend flounder basket and it always leaves me satisfied. Definitely one of the best in town.

Only gave 2 stars because the food was decent. The service at this place was absolutely horrible! We visited for my dads birthday 9/17/22. We waited for over 30 minutes before we were ever spoke to by the only waitress on the floor. I understand a “staffing shortage” but looking back at other reviews this has been going on now for more than 6 months so something must be going on internally! ? We had to get up several times and look for someone to give us refills, tools to open the crabs, we never got plates or sauces that we asked for. The service charge for a small party of 7 (2 of these people being children) was ridiculous because the service we received was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Although the food was ok at most, we will not be back! Save yourself the frustration, especially when going for a family event that is supposed to be fun!Also would like to add there was no music on in this place which may seem like something weird to complain about but it was ridiculously awkward having to hear other peoples conversations and feeling like we had to whisper so everyone else didn’t hear us because of the awkward silence in the place.

Second time here. Still great quality, selection, and service. Server was new, but did good. We Love the Red Crab special #1. Plenty of everything in it: crab, shrimp, sausage, and corn. They offer a great selection of seasonings and heat/spice levels. The best onions I've had in a long time. Will be back

Had an amazing time!! The wait time was a little bit long but that’s understandable considering that they opened a couple weeks ago. I have the shrimp poboy!! It was incredible. For the mind got clam chowder which was also very good!! Would highly recommend getting these. Restaurants also very well decorated

Delicious experience! Was not expecting to be so impressed! Crab legs were perfect, shrimp po-boy rocked and crab cake (balls) were very good. Who knew this little gem was hiding in Wal-Mart's parking lot! :-)

We love this restaurant. We stopped in by chance a few months ago, and have been going back at least once a month every since! The food is delicious and very well seasoned. There are different seasonings to choose from, with different levels of spicy. We have tried several appetizers and entrees and we haven't been disappointed.The atmosphere is family friendly. There is upbeat music in the background that is just the right volume, with popular songs. The wait staff are amazing. They bring out the food very quickly and make sure we have a bucket, gloves, a bib, and eating utensils. The meals can get pricey depending on what you order, but it's worth it. Red Crab has become our favorite spot for seafood.

My first and last visit was 5/17/22 ordered fried shrimp basket with sweet potato fries my food came out luke warm the sweet potato fries were so nasty the food is way to expensive for mediocre quality of food !! silver bay on whitehorse road is way better and cheaper nothing was done when i mentioned about my food bad service from the waiter and who ever was at the register !!!!

We had such a great experience tonight! We absolutely LOVED our server, Kaleb!! We laughed so hard with him! He’s a new server, and we were his first big table..he did so good! Thank you, “Kaleb with a K”! Haha! You made our dinner so fun!

I love the food however this is the second time I was in this restaurant and ordered extra shrimp and did not get them ,however I was charged for them in my spicy rice. Tired of being cheated out of my money. When I told the waitress no apology from staff and was still charged Because you have great food does not mean you can cheat people.
