I ordered a team lunch from them via EZ catering for 10-13 people today and received an order # at 9/05 am to be delivered by 11:45 am. At 10:52 am I received a message from EZ Catering that Reggae Cafe cancelled the order with no reason to follow.I had to scramble to find someone else to help me in less that 45 mins.Customer Service has died ! EZ Catering was super apologetic, but I suggested they he removes from them their selection. It had a 4.9 rating! How is this possible? Do not use them!! Lisa from Michelin Innovation Lab
