When we first came in the restaurant the place was so nice with lots of beautiful decorations and the menu was packed with good choices and the workers were so nice and the food was so tasty 😋

Ordered at 1 pm for pickup 1:30. We go to pick it up they said it would be abt 5 minutes. 20 min later they tell me one of my items the flan was not available so they were going to give me an extra guava juice instead. I said no I didn’t want another juice was there another dessert she said well they aren’t the same price was I going to pay the $1 difference the flan was $5 and her other dessert the tees leches was $6. I said no just give me my money back for the item then and she said no initially. I said what do you mean no I ordered it you don’t have it and I don’t want a juice. I didn’t even think in that moment the juice was like $3.75 amd I had paid $5 for the flan so she was trying to offer me something that was of less value especially as I had waited 20+ minutes more than scheduled for the food. She then gave me the tres leches cake. Overall the food was meh. The Cuban sandwiches were soggy and very little meat, the sofrito beef sandwich was an unseasoned burger so it was okay the steak bowl was okay nothing great and the tres leches was not good at all. I should of pushed for my $ back for the flan. The one item that was good was the guava and cheese empanada. Sadly, I will not be visiting this spot again. Many good Hispanic restaurants near by and this is not one of them.

I went to Sofrito Latin Kitchen in Taylors with my son, and it was absolutely amazing! I had the trifongo with shrimp and it was so flavorful and delicious. My son loved the roasted chicken with yellow rice and potato salad — everything was cooked perfectly. The restaurant is spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend Sofrito Latin Kitchen if you’re looking for a great latin food and a friendly dining experience Sofrito Latin Kitchen is the perfect spot!

Finally a place with great food and great customer service. The entire staff came out to say Happy Birthday to my son and then sang happy birthday to him. Above and beyond. Will definitely be back soon.

The Best Rotisserie Chicken I’ve ever had in my Life!!! I promise you’ll comeback

They were so nice! The food was amazing, especially the black beans. We had a great meal. Menu is well labeled for gluten and dairy.

Was so excited to dine here arrived in the middle of the day at 2:39 and it was closed, door locked, chairs stacked on the table. However the hours says open until 8pm.
