Again! It seems that Starbucks can’t stay open according to hours. This is a regular thing. The ceo of all Starbucks wants us to feel welcome. It can’t do that if the dining room is never open in the evenings! Sad. This happens on a regular basis like 4 days per week!!! Sad.

Now I know why everyone orders flavored drinks here. I just had a regular drip coffee and it was quite possibly the absolutely worst I have ever had in my life. Totally burnt garbage water. Shame on you for selling it at all but for over $3! Never again Starbucks. Sad to see how far this company has fallen over the years.

Service was not the greatest
Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees they’re were just sitting behind the counter I asked 2 times and they said they were working on it and they were too busy talking to each other

So disappointed on service. Came in with my parents and husband we ordered some pastries and 3 coffees. We received one coffee and all pastries and waited for the other two coffees but they never were ready. So I got up and asked the gentleman that took our order about the two coffees and he said they would be right up. Waited some more time while waiting I observed all the staff were talking behind the counter and one of the employees was working the drive through. So I went up asked again and they said they be right up but waited more time and still no coffees yet. From the time I ordered it had been 21 minutes when I went up to the cash register where two employee women were talking and asked for my money back. To then find out the coffees were behind them and cold. After we were walking out all I hear is laughter from their employees which is very unprofessional, at least wait till the customer fully leaves. Not a pleasant time at all. This was on 06/01/2025 and my order was placed at 5:39pm

The staff makes you pull out of the Drive-Thru every time you order a food item at the speaker. I was questioned if I paid for something when I asked for a “pup cup” and what my order was. Very unprofessional and ignorant. Drawing on cups doesn’t make up for it. Never a smile or friendly welcome. I will go out of my way to go to another location. So disappointed, but not surprised. I was a supervisor at Starbucks for 8 years and I have never had a terrible experience until I started coming to this location. The manager and district manager need to do BETTER. All in all this Starbucks needs to do better.
