Finally I asked again and they gave her a cup of lukewarm water with no lemon or ice. Rudeness. all of them. With the exception of exception of Avery ☺️

Best customer service I've received at a Starbucks (and I've been to plenty!). Friendly, welcoming staff! I hadn't heard my name called, so my drink had been sitting at the counter and the sweet lady who worked here brought it to my table and apologized! They welcome you when you come in, and act like they are happy to serve you. Lady who took my order was sweet and understanding too!

Staff is rude. Never acknowledge you when you walk through the door. Waited 25 minutes for 2 coffees. Staff was sitting behind the counter ignoring me. I asked about my drinks and they said they were working on it, but they were too busy talking to each other. I think I am going to stop coming to this location. Management needs to do a better job hiring people who actually enjoy working at Starbucks even just a little bit.

Placed a order last night with uber eats and I didnt get my full order. I talked to one of the workers and she said I have to get a refund with Uber eats but I told her Uber eats denied me a refund. I dont understand how you put that card in my bag then I come to the restaurant and you refuse to give me what I paid for! For those of you who dont know food delivery services like Uber eats mails these restaurants a check every month so these restaurants are getting paid for the food youre ordering. Honestly it's not even Uber eats fault in my opinion. If youre out of something that I ordered then why not just give me something else of near equal value?

Again! It seems that Starbucks can’t stay open according to hours. This is a regular thing. The ceo of all Starbucks wants us to feel welcome. It can’t do that if the dining room is never open in the evenings! Sad. This happens on a regular basis like 4 days per week!!! Sad.

Now I know why everyone orders flavored drinks here. I just had a regular drip coffee and it was quite possibly the absolutely worst I have ever had in my life. Totally burnt garbage water. Shame on you for selling it at all but for over $3! Never again Starbucks. Sad to see how far this company has fallen over the years.
