Staff here is always wonderful. Gave a 3 star because this location consistently short fills the hot coffee drinks I order. We came here every Sunday after church until the location in Harris Teeter opened. Stopped by here today on my way home and again, short filled. I haven't taken a sip from either of these drinks in the photos. A little disappointed. Staff super friendly as always.

Got a stale sandwich and a melted frozen drink. The cashier also glared at me while I tried to get my car closer to the drive thru window. I guess I should have realized there was a reason the place was dead during the afternoon.

The manager “Aline” I think was extremely passive aggressive and rude to some other customers. I was lucky enough to avoid speaking with her but she was incredibly disrespectful to both the employees and other customers in the store. Do better

Went through the drive-through today and we had probably the absolute best customer service by a man and his name was James. If we could have more people like Kim, everybody would succeed and do a wonderful job Pointe.

I have came here on two occasions and both times I’ve had to deal with this nasty rude manager. She don’t know how to talk to her customers. She’s trying to make it seem as though she’s being nice, but she’s really being passive aggressive, and she needs to learn how to talk to her customers so I will not be visiting this particular Starbucks because of her.

Truly one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The person who took my order was just amazing and very courteous.

I go to this location a lot and rarely have issues but today was unreal. I ordered ahead on the app. Arrived 10 mins later and waited in the drive thru. When I said my name I was told to get out of the drive thru line because they hadn’t started my order yet. Meanwhile they were taking brand new orders in the line actively and getting them taken care of. Then I waited another 10 mins in the parking lot and the order was still not ready according to the app. So I went inside and they called my name as I walked in. It was only half the order so I had the absolute AUDACITY to ask about the food I also ordered and the girl in the bunny ears ignored me so I asked again. She said “they might be working on it, we’re really busy” and rolled her eyes, I waited another 5 mins for a baked good and a girl picked it up from the drive thru (it was sitting there the whole time getting cold) and called my name. So finally after 25 mins, I had my online order while everyone else actively ordering in store and in the drive thru was taken care of promptly. I guess don’t order ahead here.

I never post negative reviews but what is up with this Starbucks? I feel compelled to go to this location because I live so close but they are always out of everything. Out of pumpkin all during fall, out of peppermint during the holiday season, and now out of tea. It has been at least five times that I’ve gone to this Starbucks and they haven’t had very normal drinks that they advertise. I’m not sure who manages this, but they need to work on their inventory. If you go to the Starbucks on East North or further up Wade Hampton they always have everything.

Me and my dog come here every Saturday and Sunday. He loves the pup cups! And I love my special made Java chip Frappuccino and egg white egg bites! The staff here goes above and beyond to make each customer's experience a great one.

Average. Nice staff ... never understand paying so much for a coffee. ... food might be better if it were fresh. Coffee for my wife and I was barely warm... Won't be back for a bit. Disappointed.
