Placed an order online and it didn't go through. At first there was confusion but after showing that our money had been taken and we showed the receipt they made our subs and offered complimentary waters as well. We were also given coupons for the future. Much appreciated!

The brother and sister that run this Subway right next to Chick-fil-A on Wade Hampton Boulevard or great customer service reps very friendly they have 100% of my Subway business now. The new wraps are to die for very healthy an extremely tasty.

This Subway location is next to an unleased building which makes it feel a little sketchy. The workers were doing their jobs well. However, the manager kept bugging me to apply to work there. It made me feel very uncomfortable. The manager did give me some nice coupons though. My sub sandwich was pretty good.

I’ve been going too this Subway for two months and there’s always a problem. Little to no meat, missing food, etc. Things that you order online aren’t available in store but you’re still charged. Once you ask for a refund the owner gives you a hard time then blatantly lies to you.

Work close to this subway and the last two times I tried to use my app for my coupons and points and they always say they can't see them so I can't use the coupons or my points....but I show them my phone every time. Today I go in and they say their card reader is down. They need help with technology!!!

Happy New Year everybody. I came to pick up our sandwiches as I ordered online and paid online. I get here and the owner/manager is inside with the doors locked advising me they are closed as he’s doing his accounting. I say no problem, how do I get my money back for a refund bc I paid already. He shrugged his shoulders and said go away he won’t assist me. I then called the Subway around the corner to see if they could pull my order since we already paid and the guy said unfortunately not and said he’s sorry about the inconvenience, to call corporate and get a refund. This owner/manager heard me on the phone and I started taking his picture so he ran to the back. You can’t make this stuff up. I’ll be messaging and calling corporate now. Stay away from this place unless you are trying to be robbed.

Upon delivery by Uber, one sandwich out of two was wrong! Uber says they just deliver, so no refund. Subway is almost impossible to get your money refunded. We like Subway, however, sometimes they prepare your food correctly and other times they do not.

I’ve came to this subway about 10 times now and I work down the street , so I come by here almost every other day .. usually it’s very good , but the past 2 days the steak is disgusting. It’s taste like it’s freezer burnt and old ! Not only can I get sick like that , there also serving people that ! It’s literally like I’m eating frozen meat ! I had to take all of the steak out because of how nasty it is !
