I’ve been going too this Subway for two months and there’s always a problem. Little to no meat, missing food, etc. Things that you order online aren’t available in store but you’re still charged. Once you ask for a refund the owner gives you a hard time then blatantly lies to you.

Work close to this subway and the last two times I tried to use my app for my coupons and points and they always say they can't see them so I can't use the coupons or my points....but I show them my phone every time. Today I go in and they say their card reader is down. They need help with technology!!!

ordered delivery. didnt hear anything for almost 45 minutes. called the store and the manager who sounded Indian told me they never received the order. asked if there was anyway they could refund it and he gave me loads of attitude and then out the phone down and refused to speak to me. hung up and tried calling back but they left the receiver off the phone box so it wouldn't ring. would give zero stars if I could

Happy New Year everybody. I came to pick up our sandwiches as I ordered online and paid online. I get here and the owner/manager is inside with the doors locked advising me they are closed as he’s doing his accounting. I say no problem, how do I get my money back for a refund bc I paid already. He shrugged his shoulders and said go away he won’t assist me. I then called the Subway around the corner to see if they could pull my order since we already paid and the guy said unfortunately not and said he’s sorry about the inconvenience, to call corporate and get a refund. This owner/manager heard me on the phone and I started taking his picture so he ran to the back. You can’t make this stuff up. I’ll be messaging and calling corporate now. Stay away from this place unless you are trying to be robbed.

I’ve came to this subway about 10 times now and I work down the street , so I come by here almost every other day .. usually it’s very good , but the past 2 days the steak is disgusting. It’s taste like it’s freezer burnt and old ! Not only can I get sick like that , there also serving people that ! It’s literally like I’m eating frozen meat ! I had to take all of the steak out because of how nasty it is !

Upon delivery by Uber, one sandwich out of two was wrong! Uber says they just deliver, so no refund. Subway is almost impossible to get your money refunded. We like Subway, however, sometimes they prepare your food correctly and other times they do not.

Awesome service. The manager has been here since my wife was a little girl. They value quick and personal service. He always is giving away discounts that don't expire for ages.

This is an older store but it is kept up well which cannot be said for the rest of the building it is in. They were quick to get our food ready and get us on our way. They were not overly talkative but that is ok cause we had just woken up and were off to a hike.

The middle eastern looking guy that owns and runs this joint used to be okay, but now he's gotten so cheap that he won't accept nationally recognized coupons for his own restaurant chain with which he is a part. We drove all the way out here to use a standard 2-for-$x.xx coupon, and his store wanted to make all kinds of additional caveats and exclusions that are clearly NOT restricted on the coupon. (the coupon already says which subs you CAN'T get, but this cheap-o wants to limit you to the standard old fashioned basic cheaper subs).I won't be returning to this restaurant ever again thanks to the owner and his methods.

Employees are friendly but the owner is very rude. They don't accept their own coupons. The cash register will not let me charge it correctly is not an excuse (unless you just want to charge it at a high price). Place is never busy and you can see why once you do stop.

Tonight will be the last night I eat at this location The lady in there for the last few visits has been very rude I don't know if she and her husband run this location but the last visits have been nothing but horrible The quality of the product is not good lettuce brown tomato soggy and raggedy looking.. They do not put the correct amount of meat on your food I always have to ask is that all that comes on it no way overall not happy with the quality of the product the food or the service.. Tonight for sure it's the last time I eat at this location ... I mean everything was just horrible You have to ask for fresh bread You have to ask for decent ingredients The cucumbers are freezer burnt tomatoes just mushy and soggy lettuce brown as hell They try to give you all the old bread I mean come on....
