The wait for a table was a little long but we were served with a great service and excellent food.
we eat there frequently. but tonight was awful we picked up our order and didn't realize we were missing an entire ribeye steak meal until we got home. my daughter's boyfriend went back to get it. they gave him a hard time. he was made to wait forever for it to be made, meanwhile his food got cold. they messed up my daughter's order. she was supposed to get a loaded baked potato and she got a sweet potato. not very happy right now.
Horrible communication! We arrived at 11:30 when they open and were given a wait time or 40 minutes. After seeing many people get seated we check with the server that kept saying “your next” at 1:30 we left and was rudely informed they have until 3 pm to seat us. No matter what place in line we are. My fault for waiting but being disrespectful is uncalled for!
