The wait for a table was a little long but we were served with a great service and excellent food.

we eat there frequently. but tonight was awful we picked up our order and didn't realize we were missing an entire ribeye steak meal until we got home. my daughter's boyfriend went back to get it. they gave him a hard time. he was made to wait forever for it to be made, meanwhile his food got cold. they messed up my daughter's order. she was supposed to get a loaded baked potato and she got a sweet potato. not very happy right now.
We live right by this location and have never had an issue! It's always packed, but we get seated in a timely manner and consistent service and food!

Service was fantastic, as was the food. Probably the best tasting porterhouse steak I've ever eaten.

This place was slam packed, and they still managed to accommodate our company of seven without reservations. The waiter was professional and prompt despite all the mayhem!

Had a meal there in the restaurant. No complaints on that particular meal. The herbed chicken was good, the green beans were good and the baked potato was small, but decent. The bartender, Grace, was sweet. Here's where the good stops. Ordered a to-go large NY strip with steak fries to take to a location about 20 minutes away for my boss to try (Grace said they were crisp and would travel well). When the meal came out, the fries were soggy and swimming in steak blood. I asked for a separate container for them, but after realizing they were unsalvageable, I asked for another side. They accommodated me. Got to the location and we found that the romaine in the Caesar salad was so brown that it was not edible. Here's the worst part...the steak was so gristly and fatty that we couldn't even get enough edible meat out of it to give to our dog. He would have choked on it. I believe that when they see the words "to go" on an order, they pull the crappiest piece of steak out of the cooler and slap it on the grill. Especially when you say you have to travel with it. Started out so well, but turned into a garbage meal. We have a business in Taylors and we were going to get gift cards for our employees. Never been here before and was sent to see how the quality was. SOO disappointed. Grace was the best part of my visit.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The last 5 times I’ve gone they’ve gotten my order wrong or it’s been nasty. This place used to be my family’s favorite place to eat, and they were known for their steaks. It has gone downhill in the past few years, especially this year.
The service is poor. The check in girls were disinterested and rude. I guess it’s the new culture bc the manager ended up being so as well.
I ordered the prime rib tonight (because the sirloin and ribeye have been overdone last few times I’ve gone) and it wasn’t edible. Tasted like it had been left out or gone bad. I took a few bites and began to feel sick. We asked to get it taken off the bill and the manager was incredibly rude to my father and insisted she wouldn’t remove it from the bill because i “had eaten a good portion of the meal” I had not. In fact I had left early because I felt ill.
The manager was an incredibly rude person. Do not eat here if you’re looking for edible food or good service.
Update: I’ve been super sick with food poisoning. It’s honestly insane that they made us pay full price for me to get sick.
