$7 for a tiny slice of cheesecake and you actually have the nerve to not include the topping; ? sauce! We are out is not an excuse; drop the price if you can't provide the product as advertised! Keep it up and I can take my business elsewhere! So disappointing! Loaded fries taste like they were cooked two days ago...try changing your grease and do some quality checks! Rack of Ribs severely lacking in taste. Your quality is going down!

Got there at 3 pm on Sunday afternoon and was seated right away. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting on silverware. Smoke alarm goes off right next to us for 10 minutes. Service was a lot to be desired the find out you have to pay with a card!! Last time I'll go there.

I got the vegetable plate and normally it tastes fresh and hot how I like it but this time it was horrible. I sent the food back and received the same thing but this time my broccoli was barely steamed, wasn’t soft as usual. Me and my family come to the Greenville location a lot and this was very disappointing.

Very good service. There was some confusion about creamy horseradish, but it was corrected. All in all, the food was great and the service was great. We were seated 5 minutes after putting ourselves on the wait list. 5/5
VERY DISAPPOINTED! We drove an hour and 7 minutes to celebrate a birthday. The service was slow. They were very busy. One of the steaks was overdone. It took over 20 minutes to bring the new one. It was also overdone. I asked the server to comp the meal. 1st mgr said she'd give a $10 credit. She turned away from me and ignored my questions (I then asked to speak to another mgr). 2nd mgr changed it to $14 off the meal. I again requested the meal get COMPED as the rest of our party was done eating by the time the steak came. And, they had to sit without anything to eat while everyone else was eating. He said they credited the bill for the portion that was not enjoyed. I spoke with the manager and asked him to take into consideration the time, frustration, inconvenience and lack of a properly prepared meal. The manager refused to empathize with us. He refused to make his customers happy. The server was wonderful. She tried to accommodate us as well as she could. The managers lost an opportunity to recover a loyal customer. The $15 that they refused to COMP has resulted in 4 customers that will go on to share their negative experiences with at least 10 people each. And so on, and so on....The customer is everything.Without them, nothing else matters.Very disappointed.Will not return.Will not recommend.

This used to be my family's favorite restaurant and now we don't like it. My wife's favorite thing to get was the chicken critters and the cactus blossom. They changed the breading on the chicken critters and now they are disgusting. The food is mediocre. They don't even have peanuts anymore. The only reason I give three stars is the waiters and waitresses are usually decent but the hostess are always rude. They text us to let us know that our table was ready so we came in and were told to wait, so my wife took our 1 year old to the restroom to change his diaper. When the lady came to seat us and my wife was still in00 the restroom and they refused to seat us until we were "all here" and they seen us come in together. It's ridiculous. I would understand if she wasn't there yet but they literally just seen us come in together. How they went ahead and let us be seated she could have waited to go to the restroom. Texas Roadhouse has went down hill very quick and it's probably going to be one of the last time we visit because I don't see it getting any better. We've been in several times and it just gets worse. They really need to work on their menu and especially the customer service.
