Since when is chocolate only available from Tuesday to Thursday? This response seems quite unreasonable. We used to have a great experience here, but it has been disappointing lately. Orders take a long time, and the ice cream is often melted by the time it is served.

The only complaint I have is if you want chocolate ice cream, you have to go Monday -Thursday. Friday and the rest of the weekend you can’t get chocolate ice cream. I am not sure of the thought process on that decision. I just know that my business is going to be elsewhere on the weekends.

We stopped by Dairy Queen with my husband and daughter, and had such a great experience! Andy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, patient, and had such a great attitude — it really made our visit extra enjoyable. The food came out fast and fresh, and my daughter was thrilled with her treat. It’s always nice to be met with a smile and great service, and Andy definitely delivered that. We’ll definitely be back!

If I could give negative stars for the service I certainly would! They charged me for the wrong order. The other girl takes my card from the cashier, closes the windows and post voids the sale...never saying anything, not a single word to me..the other just hands me back my card and receipts without a single word. My correct order is handed to me and not one time did either of the girls communicate with me what they were doing with my card or apologize in any fashion. I admit I was angry because a little communication goes along way. This was first and only experience at this Dairy Queen. Will not recommend to anyone. I can get a simple hot fudge sundae anywhere...

Nice location featuring ice cream treats and a large food offering. However, I was disappointed to drive an hour round trip just to learn they no longer have cole slaw for their chili dogs, a.k.a Carolina dogs. I'll go someplace closer next time when I want an ice cream treat and need to find a new place that offers a carolina hot dog.
