Frequent here often, but not after today. Don't like being yelled at, lied to, nor having to repeat myself numerous times to explain my order when I'm being handed my order. Especially when I've already explained my order to the cashier when ordering. The older lady with the glasses is not nice and yells when customer voices concerns about their order. The girl giving the order doesn't comprehend well and/or can't read as my order ticket clearly stated what I asked for. I will think about revisiting in the future if under new mgt or something.

Great food. Great options. Friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs.

Now normally I don’t do this because I’ve been to Miyabi numerous occasions and sat down to eat . However today I THOUGHT to be reading to deep into things but in all actuality I wasn’t . It was two black people outside of myself that placed an order and sat down to wait for the food . However we had to get up and come get our food . BUT THIS IS WHERE I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION I came to because a white couple sat right across from me and they food was brought to their table yet me and another lady who was black had to go up to the front to get ours . I was under the impression all money is green and no color mattered but that clearly isn’t the case in today’s situation! I definitely don’t appreciate it and I will not be back and I come all the time .

We drive an hour from their previous location where we live to come see familiar faces and eat the best Japanese food! We’ve loved this restaurant and this team since day 1 when they were in kannapolis and we will continue to make the journey to see them and eat their delicious meals with our family.

Had a to-go order from here. Upon entering they welcome you and makes you feel welcome as well. The person who took my oder also gave nice suggestions. Ordered Veggie rolls to go. The packaging was good and intact. Food was also good tasting and feeling. Overall 4/5 ⭐️

The food is good but the lack of maturity of the staff is frustrating. They’re a bunch of kids who don’t care about customer service. I can’t believe I tipped them. I won’t be going back just based on the staff.
