Every single time I come here I hope it's better that day and it quite literally never is. I don't know if it's just perpetually understaffed but taking 15+ minutes to get two medium sodas is insane. We've also come before and been told they were out of soda completely. The food is always a bit soggy and overall it's a disappointment every trip. I live nearby and unfortunately won't be returning.

Placed order on app. Showed up and app said 1:27 it would be ready. 1:53 is when we got our food. On top of that, we were missing items. At least it was warm? Girl working the deliveries was kind, but 30 minutes for fast food is unacceptable. Most poorly run Sonic I've been to.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered a burger with everything but onions. I got a burger with noting but a ton of onions on it . Asked for ketchup and even brought the empty container the ketchup is kept in to them. But the final straw was when i asked for a refill on my coke they said they don't do refills !!!! Who doesn't do refill?? This location is trash ?!!!!

It took 15 minutes of waiting for a milkshake!! Then the girl FINALLY opens the window and says "oh the machine is broken". And it took her 15 minutes to tell me that!!?? 4 cars behind me, 2 started blowing their horns to get me moving as if it was my FAULT!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!

“Chili Cheese Coney is only the footlong” I don’t understand how a person working a drive thru gets upset they rung up your order incorrectly. then argues with you about what you want to eat. I mean I get its fast food but please find better help. You can’t force me to pay for the wrong order. And had the nerve to tell me don’t come back and say a racial slur.

Was super slow moving the drive through line this trip. We we only one car behind the ordering machine when we arrived and it took twenty minutes to reach the pick upbwindow. Thats crazy considering it was only 4 to 5 cars before we reached the window. We ordered drinks only and everything was correct. Below average rating because of unnecessary long wait times.

I went through the drive thru today at around 11:30am on a Sunday. Although the cashier was very polite and i waited on my food for a while u assumed it was going to be fresh and hot. I was sadly mistaken. This isn’t the first time this location has disappointed me. There is no way my burger should have been cold and burnt as if it was recooked. The onion rings soggy. Also please fix the pothole. It’s going to ruin customers cars.

This place take’s ridiculously long to get you the most mid quality food I have ever seen. Chicken tenders dry? Dry! Cup ain’t got no drink cause they put over half a cup of ice to short you. They can never get my girls burger right. Nobody even likes sonic it’s crazy that y’all couldn’t even get it right for the few that do. Fire whoever was in charge may 19th 2024 at the mid shift. They are holding back your business and I loathe them
