I ordered a BLT with tots & a pretzel smash burger with onion rings today & my tots were fried hard, there was one piece of bacon in my smash burger, the bread was radiated and rubbery & it looked like 2 pieces of bacon cut in half on my BLT. I was about to ask for a refund but one of your staff members named Landon came out and his customer service was amazing! I explained my dissatisfaction and he immediately asked me what I would like instead. No attitude. No rushing. He apologized and understood my frustration. He is the only reason I’m even giving any stars. I would only come back to this place if Landon is the new management! Thank you Landon! :)

Love their food, but this location is the worst in service and atmosphere. They need new management, new training. Hot dog and diet coke took 30 minutes thru drive thru. Only one car in front. I have been here 7 times and now my last. So sad!

This particular location has frequent troubles with their online system and drivers will arrive, wait in line for 15 minutes, and then be told the online order doesn't exist. This puts the food order in the delivery app in perpetual purgatory as more and more drivers go through the same process. The restaurant confirms the order, but will not cancel it, so it remains open until it times out in the app, holding your money hostage so you cannot order from a different location or restaurant.

Did a mobile order b4 getting to location. Got there a few mins b4 eta and saw ppl already waiting. 30 minutes I saw one person finally receive their food. Then a few mins later I get my order… noticed the other cars were still waiting. So much for being labeled fast food. Finally get home and my medium fries was basically empty and burnt. Burger was ok. But for that long of a wait. I was expecting fresh food.

I have had many bad experiences with this location prior to this review regarding wait times in the drive through and in the car stalls. From waiting 45 minutes just for a drink to being stuck in a line of only two cars for almost an hour to get my food. But today I decided to order DoorDash since it was late and I wanted to get a quick snack before heading to bed. I waited an hour and a half (no fault of DoorDash) with 4 different drivers heading to the store to collect my order. Each one had to cancel because the store still hadn’t started making my food over an HOUR after they accepted my order. (I decided to cancel my order at this point) I ordered a drink and two food items. That was it?… from my multiple visits to this location I have come to the conclusion that the workers are lazy, slow or just simply don’t care to do their job at all. Although I have no complaints about the quality of the food, the owner of this store needs to shut this location down for a while and reevaluate. One of the WORST sonic locations, and one of the WORST fast food locations in the Tega cay area. Please Don’t offer doordash at your store if your employees are going to ignore the orders. I hope this location does turn around because the city of Tega cay does love sonic.
