I ordered a BLT with tots & a pretzel smash burger with onion rings today & my tots were fried hard, there was one piece of bacon in my smash burger, the bread was radiated and rubbery & it looked like 2 pieces of bacon cut in half on my BLT. I was about to ask for a refund but one of your staff members named Landon came out and his customer service was amazing! I explained my dissatisfaction and he immediately asked me what I would like instead. No attitude. No rushing....
Top tier food in my opinion. Had everything I needed. From Breakfast to dinner, to milkshakes, and ofc my everyday chicken tenders. Thank you for the hospitality and customer service. I definitely recommend this location to go to.
Took 35 mins to get my food that I ordered in the app. My friends app wouldn’t let her pay so she had to go inside to order and that took an additional 30 minutes. Will not be back.
