Child asked the rep do they sell big macs and before I could advise my child we were not at McDonald's a girl yelled back on the intercom to my child to get out of her drive thru. In disbelief I drove away verus addressing the behavior with clerk. Hopefully a manager will read this review and address.

I bought a chicken bowl, and when I started eating it, there was a dirty piece of sharp plastic that could have cut my throat. When I called to speak to the manager, she accused me of yelling at her, which is not true. She did not apologize for the mistake. I did not get a refund and hung up after she continued to say I was rude.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Their customer service is rude. If you hate your job that much you should find another one. And the soda machine never works. Won’t be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered a couple beef chalupas, a couple gordita supremes, a couple beef chalupas and the meat had this bleach or chemically taste. Almost as if the meat spoiled and they ajaxed it. Couldn't eat it and couldn't get a full refund because I ordered online. This isn't the first time this locations beef was questionable.

Just went to the drive thru and was cursed out by the employee working the intercom because she was backed up on orders. I literally just convinced my wife to give this Taco Bell a try despite the reputation it has had and this happens.

Taco Bell should be ashamed of themselves to have a veggie items on their menu. Countless times they have given chicken, beef in VEGGIE MENU ITEMS. I was throwing up for hours. This is extremely unacceptable. Never ever going to taco bell ever in my life again.
Went through the drive thru on 9/12 and ordered a Cantina box. Was given 3 soft tacos with only meat instead (screaming toddler in the car so I didn’t check the bag before leaving).
Called the restaurant as soon as I got home to get a refund and was hung up on twice. Called customer service 3x and was told the manager would reach out and never did.
I just want my $14 back as the food I was given isn’t even comparable. Apparently that is too difficult for this location.
