Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Most of these are good but I hate when I buy a wrap and this is how it comes I just want who ever comes to this one becareful of what you order I wanted a wrap not a bowl wrap I was so hungry I finished this eating the rice and lettuce with my hands

Had a very simple Oder and I always tip generously, however A very unfortunate experience. They are completely rude and disrespectful. I walked in I seen customers. 845pm….my Oder would have only took 3 to 4 mins to make. They denied me and said are you picking up or ordering I replied and said I would love to Oder I was informed that I couldn’t because they are closing. I have never denied a customer before closing even if it was one minute before closing.

Everything is great except they advertise fresh pineapples but they’re from a can. Aside from that I highly recommend!

Experienced app issue and rather than providing helpful solutions I was told they couldn’t help, that they’d throw my order away with no refund and hung up on. Won’t be returning .

Tropical Smoothie in Tega Cay, SC and the store manager, Myles, were so incredibly helpful and accommodating for our large catering order. Everyone thought the smoothies were delicious and they were packaged well to transport. Myles was very thorough with making sure everything went well for the order and deliver! Would definitely recommend and will absolutely do this again!

I made a door dash order and did not receive all of my order when I called to the store to ask the employee told me he forgot to put it in the bag and if I still wanted it I could come get it. 🤬

Today a gentleman got bacon on his sandwich after asking that it not be included, when he told the employees of the error, he was told he did not ask the bacon to be removed, that he could remove the bacon himself, and he would not get a refund. There was no effort on the store's behalf to fix the mistake. At one point the customer was told the "video will be checked to verify that you asked for no bacon." The customer service was awful, there was no effort to give the customer what he paid for. I'm never going back to the tropical smoothie.

The smoothies are so great!! I went on Friday and it was so good I stopped in on Saturday. The service was friendly and I could see them making my smoothie. This store is VERY VERY VERY CLEAN!!!!! The employees were good about wearing gloves and changing them. I could see how diligent the prep kitchen prep is and was SUPER impressed it was done - I think I found my new smoothie place. Victoria and Reeves helped me - perfect customer service!!!

Went into tropical smoothie today to grab some lunch, and as soon as it came out it was mixed up in a different bag with another persons order. I asked for another bag from the employee and he just ignored me. I then walked out and my spoon was opens and my wrap was packed poorly
