I made a door dash order and did not receive all of my order when I called to the store to ask the employee told me he forgot to put it in the bag and if I still wanted it I could come get it. 🤬

Today a gentleman got bacon on his sandwich after asking that it not be included, when he told the employees of the error, he was told he did not ask the bacon to be removed, that he could remove the bacon himself, and he would not get a refund. There was no effort on the store's behalf to fix the mistake. At one point the customer was told the "video will be checked to verify that you asked for no bacon." The customer service was awful, there was no effort to give the customer what he paid for. I'm never going back to the tropical smoothie.

The smoothies are so great!! I went on Friday and it was so good I stopped in on Saturday. The service was friendly and I could see them making my smoothie. This store is VERY VERY VERY CLEAN!!!!! The employees were good about wearing gloves and changing them. I could see how diligent the prep kitchen prep is and was SUPER impressed it was done - I think I found my new smoothie place. Victoria and Reeves helped me - perfect customer service!!!

Went into tropical smoothie today to grab some lunch, and as soon as it came out it was mixed up in a different bag with another persons order. I asked for another bag from the employee and he just ignored me. I then walked out and my spoon was opens and my wrap was packed poorly

The energy is SOOO extremely negative. Everytime I come here it’s just not a kind environment feels very racist I’d rather drive to steele creek. No one is friendly just stall faces horrible customer service.. I came in around 8:15pm and the manager I’m sure (heavier guy) muttered something under his breath. Like you guys close at 9pm what is the problem.No smiles absolutely hate it.

Ordered a açaí bowl today, the base was straight liquid like two clumps of frozen açaí base. I called the store and supposedly the guy said he’s one of the managers. I asked him shouldn’t the base be frozen as I opened my bowl and it’s like straight liquid. He said that there’s a new formula they’re not supposed to freeze it anymore. So I said basically it’s not even a thick as a smoothie and just straight liquid in a bowl with fruit on top which he said yeah. I told him I ordered two days ago and it was frozen. It wasn’t like this and he just said OK didn’t offer me anything didn’t apologize nothing very disappointed and I would like someone to contact me.

Yet another location for me. Quality etc is the same as other locations. While the smoothies are great, I really like that Peanut Butter Crunch Flatbread, hidden in the menu here. I had to find it in a breakfast combo with a smoothie which just a total win for you!

Hi, I was visiting this location with my grandmother this weekend when I overheard the staff complaining and talking negatively on the customers and other employees. When ordering food, the employee was very rude. When I politely asked to speak to the manager because the employee making my food loudly scoffed at the order, the employee rudely declined my request to speak to the manager. Nonetheless the food was delicious but, it is the disrespect I received that upset me and my grandmother.

Great customer service! I tried something new the banana peanut butter flatbread and Bahama Mama smoothie and both were super good!! Got my toddler the lil jetty and he loved!!! Had my hands full with him and the staff assisted me placing my items into my car while I got him situated in the car seat. That simple act of kindness really meant so much!! Thanks!!!!!

It's always a great experience when I come to get my smoothies here. Not all tropical smoothies are created equal, but I can definitely say this place has been consistent.
