Ordered an ultimate pizza and a cheese pizza. The ultimate pizza didn't have any onions and peppers and the cheese pizza didn't have any sauce. I was told that I would have to bring it right back or else they wouldn't replace it. I live over 20 minutes away.

I placed a takeout order. When I got there I wasn't even acknowledged. There were 6 ppl working and no one asked could they help me. They two managers acted as if they didn't even want to be there. It wasn't until a young man came from the car window side that I was helped 15 minutes after I got there. By the time I got home my pizza was room temp. I will never eat from this negative place again. The pizza was good, but again cold.

This place is like all the dominoes. I like pizzas a lot. The only problem with this place is that if you order for delivery it will always take more than 1:30 hours So it is better to collect it

Service was terrible. I placed my order online for Cary out. It told me it would be ready in 17-24 minutes. I headed to the store went thru the drive thru and was told it was not ready to park at the front door and they would bring it out. I waited an additional 15 minutes while parked. No one ever brought out my order, I went in to pick it up and it was not even warm, it had cooled off while I was “ waiting” for someone to have enough initiative to bring it out to me! In all it took 40 minutes to get my 1 large pizza.

It’s quicker to order from the Timmonsville location.
Avoid!!! They take your money and deliver whatever they feel like sending. And you can’t get in touch with them to fix it. Placed an order for a pan pizza…..got a regular pizza. Tried to call them and fix this, they don’t answer. Waited on hold through multiple calls greater than 15 minutes. Line simply disconnects with no one picking up. They don’t care about anything other than taking your money.

I believe this is a new facility. They tried really hard, but at that time they might’ve been training people and threw out more pizzas they were selling. so unfortunately, I had to wait much longer than it said on the app or on the phone. So I guess we all talk it up to experience.
