I placed a takeout order. When I got there I wasn't even acknowledged. There were 6 ppl working and no one asked could they help me. They two managers acted as if they didn't even want to be there. It wasn't until a young man came from the car window side that I was helped 15 minutes after I got there. By the time I got home my pizza was room temp. I will never eat from this negative place again. The pizza was good, but again cold.

Service was terrible. I placed my order online for Cary out. It told me it would be ready in 17-24 minutes. I headed to the store went thru the drive thru and was told it was not ready to park at the front door and they would bring it out. I waited an additional 15 minutes while parked. No one ever brought out my order, I went in to pick it up and it was not even warm, it had cooled off while I was “ waiting” for someone to have enough initiative to bring it out to me!...

I believe this is a new facility.
They tried really hard, but at that time they might’ve been training people and threw out more pizzas they were selling. so unfortunately, I had to wait much longer than it said on the app or on the phone. So I guess we all talk it up to experience.
