Y'all are rude and disrespectful to the door dash drivers. If you don't want any one ordering chicken after 8pm then you need to put it on your website and advertise it in your store. I will let all my family and friends know how rude and disrespectful y'all are. You will not have me or my family or friends as a customer. Also it was supposed to be a 10 piece family meal and I was shorted 3 peices of chicken all because Hardee's employees was to sorry because they didn't want to cook chicken. So they decided that they would shorten me 3 peices I will be sure to tell my family and friends to tell their friends not to use y'all to eat there by using door dash or dine in. Good bye Hardee's in timmonsville sc y'all lost me as a customer .

If there was a zero option I would give it to this sorry excuse of a fast food place. The staff was just irresponsible and all over the place, starting with the guy on the speaker having multiple conversations and miss punching orders on the screen. We were told to pull up and wait just for my chicken sandwich to be hard and old, not to mention there was more bread and mayo than there was meat cause it was so shriveled up. They forgot to give us our drinks and we had to come inside to get them. Not a shocking surprise the kitchen was full of young looking kids who acted like they didn't want to be there, no wonder it was no order in this place. Do better. People come spend their hard earned money for rags in return.

I held it posting this review for a while, i thought to post it back in 2023 about some of the employees but decided not to, till today, we went to get food and not only did they give me the wrong drink they didn't give me my 5 price tenders at all, something needs to change about this place before i start name dropping staff members names and what they did

The food is okay. They seem to sell a lot more chicken than burgers in that location. The chicken is decent though.
I frequent this store honestly because it's the only fast food option in my town. I would have to drive a few miles out of my way to get something different. Food quality is good. However, the attention to detail is not. I frequently get the wrong food. I will go back to address it most of the time, but there are times I'm in a rush and just deal with it. Today, I went through the drive thru and ordered 1 super bacon biscuit , 1 loaded omelet biscuit, and large sweet tea. I got my bag and observed 2 wrapped biscuits. The wrappers indicated what I ordered. I got to work and began to eat. The first biscuit was a super sausage biscuit( not a loaded omelet as ordered or indicated on the wrapper). Either the preparer is new or just doesn't care. As of late, it seems all fast food businesses care more about speed than accuracy. When you go to the drive thru, you order the drive to the window and pay. Then you drive to the 2nd window where you are supposed to receive your order. Instead, they hand you your drink and tell you to pull up or park in a space designated for drive thru. They do this because sensors at the windows keep up with how long a vehicle sits there. As long as they keep things moving,their times look good even though you as the costumer have to wait.

I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience that I had this morning. We arrived and there was zero greeting, just “You better have exact change.” I told them I did and then proceeded to the window. Deborah (according to my receipt), seemed absolutely miserable and while I want to be understanding, I did nothing to be spoken to the way that I was. I signed up for rewards and when I attempted to redeem a reward, she said, “We don’t do that here.” Super short. Super rude. After getting my order, I checked and saw that she had left out one of the hash browns. I let her know that I was missing one, she told me that I didn’t order that, I reminded her that I did, and she again exclaimed that I was wrong. At that point, I just asked that I be able to purchase another one and she told me it would be 15 minutes (definitely do not think this was true as it was 5:45 AM). Returned home to eat my breakfast and it was not edible. The chicken biscuit was like rubber and extremely old.
I worked in fast food for over 8 years and I could not imagine ever speaking or treating a customer in the way I was treated this morning. I usually do not write reviews as I know people have off days, but my experience this morning could not be ignored and feel that not raising this concern would be a disservice to this business. I am hopeful that the owner will see fit to handle this situation in hopes that other customers will receive improved service in the future.

Walked in and just about all the tables were dirty while employees were sitting. down on phones. Food was good and prompt, but couldn't enjoy eating due to the place being filled with flies ? as we were leaving asked young lady how could she sit there with the flies everywhere and she said just keep swatting them everyday?? needles to say 3 employees sitting down at dirty tables on their phones when we left, not even thinking about wiping a table..

My two piece chicken snack for $5.50 was cold and dry and it wasn't like they were busy. I fed it to my dog. ****Update 6/24/24- I requested hot fries and a lite ice drink. I appreciate the manager substituting the cold fries with hot ones after I complained, even though it was inconvenient to go thru the drive -thru twice. That's what you should be paying for at fast food places like this - convenience and fast service; well, you missed out on convenience at this Timmonsville store. The employee working the window around 3pm was unfriendly with a nasty attitude. It seemed to really set her off that I requested "lite" ice in my drink and that my fries be hot. Hey, another Hardees is equidistant from my home where I will go from this point on. That is unfortunate because I have stopped by especially during the early morning hours when the service and food was great. It would concern me that this same afternoon agitated hostile employee was preparing my food after I had called her out to the manager.Update 8/9/2024 Second Update - have not been lately after recent negative experience so tried out breakfast again - super sausage biscuit combo. - It was lukewarm when I requested "Fresh and Hot" which other fast food know to be a request to cook it fresh and hot. They have no clue what that means here and the food was almost cold and obviously had sat under the light prepared for quite awhile. The restaurant up the street is the only one the small town has as far as I'm concerned. PS I did contact the owner per the note on my last google review and got no response.
