Although decidedly un fancy, I absolutely love this place. My son put me onto it years ago and I’ve been going back ever since. This is a great place to go for a hand padded hamburger patty that taste like real food. I had a cheeseburger and crinkle cut fries, and all of it was delicious. The fries were fried perfectly, they were crunchy on the outside and like mashed potatoes on the inside. The burger was seasoned well and cooked to perfection.

In a time when most premade hamburger patties have the texture of ground up gym mat and the flavor of old newspaper, this place is a real breath of fresh air.

Go on in and take a load off. Have an excellent meal cooked to perfection and enjoy yourself.

They close an hour earlier than it says on here. So sad

This place is a gem tucked away right off of I-95 in the Mobil gas station. If you want good southern food cooked to order, this is your spot. I came for breakfast, and got two pancakes, 2 scrambled eggs, and bacon. They were very generous with the portions, and the food was delicious. The ladies behind the counter were very nice, and the food is reasonably priced. This would be a great place to stop and eat while traveling, or just to come and enjoy if you’re in the area. I definitely plan on visiting again!

Inside the Florence travel plaza. With my trainer who frequents this location. Staff is always so sweet here. I had the lunch social today. My lunch special was your choice of meat, I chose Pork chop (your choice grilled or fried)
With 3 sides of your choice & drink. When I say I was pleased. I’m a southern girl so of course I washed it down with my cool ice tea. ( picture don’t do it justice) lunch was good!

Got a breakfast sandwich and potatoes, ran me about $9 bucks or so . Had them put it all on a sandwich as they didn't have any wraps . Was tasty and well seasoned. It's a nice a little plus , maybe a tad pricey for some people compared to a commercial truck stop sandwich but if you rather have it cooked fresh rather then a pre made on id say make a stop by.

Long road trip. Searching for stops right off the highway. The cafe is part of the Mobil station. Plain Jane, straightforward burgers served fast, hot and delicious. Great value for the buck.

I merely stopped in for gas while traveling from VA to FL, but the food was banging! Absolutely saved this place for my next trip.
