I always have a great experience at this Arby's. The food is great. They have a wide variety of menu items. Staff is friendly & helpful. The store is the cleanest 1 in this area. I live 2 blocks from an Arby's near downtown Greenville & pass it every time to drive to the Travelers Rest location. Keep up the good work guys.

They don’t pay attention to the order so get that wrong and they don’t understand how to mark the different drinks. I hope none of them intend to work in a difficult sector of employment.

Ordered food through the app to be picked up. Get to the window & everything seemed fine. I politely said my name that was on the order. She didn’t smile, no common courtesy.

Asked for some extra Arby’s sauce & the young girl with purple hair rolled her eyes, giving us a guilt trip like it was a lot of trouble to get extra packets. Just very rude.

If this continues, this location will quickly go down hill.

We always go to this location about once a week to every 2 weeks. Hopefully this gets better.

Very clean, super salty food, could barely under cashiers, kids behind counter using profanity. Ability to move from a 2 to 5 could be easily corrected. Disappointing.

I'm a food critic by trade and a couple days ago I done a thorough investigation to low ratings businesses. Let me make it clear low ratings means bad reputation when you get bad reports. When this happens often enough the business loses money then the business tanks. Yeah tanks is the forbidden T word no owner and ceo wants to hear. Couple days ago I gotten bottom of the barrel curly fries when fresh items should always be available. And the burgers? A couple half pounders that was stacked by someone that's never been trained at all and it looked like the obvious rush job by someone that doesn't even care about how the job is done. The roast beef was stacked in 3 different places instead of Arby's signature tower style with the beef. I have no intention of taking 3 oversized bites with the burger itself still falling apart like a disappointment that never made cut. I hope next time when I return here the situation will be greatly changed. No one said hello welcome to Arby's, no smiles. Nothing. Just told me the price and gave me the rush job of a meal and expected me to leave. It was disgusting. How can a business be run by people if the employee doesn't have a happy employer? I hope this changes. Next time I will be speaking about productivity and success rates with my higher ups. Let's change it.

Ordered Jamocha shake and double roast beef meal... no receipt... gave me the shake and then pulled me. 15 minutes went by and they came out confused as to why I was sitting there. Told them I needed a new shake cause the one they gave me was melted and I still had to drive it 10 minutes back home. The owner needs to know what is going on here. Extremely disorganized, no one knew what was going on. I will not be back.

I have been an occasional visitor to the Arby’s chain but this store makes me want to go there more frequently. I have appreciated the changes to the menu over the years with more variety. This store on particular is one of the cleanest, customer service oriented, and one we would rather dine-in than drive through. My husband and I really enjoy the atmosphere during our lunches even better than some expensive sit down restaurants. Great job guys!

Everything was good except the chicken nuggets. So much batter & so hard my grandaughter couldn't eat them. Maybe stick to roast beef.
