We were driving through on Sunday evening, on our way home (an hour away). Ordering through an AI system was strange enough, especially because it did not repeat the order back to ensure accuracy. But when we arrived to the window, the team member told us we couldn’t order such a large order (2 adults and 3 children) through the drive thru again. He stated we needed to call ahead with such a large order. (3 supreme meals, 2 Bo-bite meals). He was instructed to tell us this from what seemed to be his manager, a red-haired woman standing behind him.
This was the first interaction we had with a human since ordering was through a robotic system. Suffice it to say, we left without any food as they were not interested in our order.
$60+ order for fast food, and you treat customers as if they are an inconvenience?

Thank you Bojangles and Doordash for bringing me amazing food on this Thanksgiving holiday. These caramel apple crisp are to die for! Half a warm biscuit with apple pie filling, drizzled with caramel and topped with crisp. I am on my second one. Also coffee is bomb and helping me to start the day right. Also got a gravy biscuit and and egg and cheese biscuit. Of course can't complete a meal without your delicious bo- tatoe rounds. Thanks for making my day fabulous! Keep up the good work and go home and enjoy your families when you close at 12 noon today.

Sometimes a long wait, but food is good. Clean dining room. The cashiers need to pull their hair up and stop touching their faces so much. One lady's hair is always all in her face.

I hate giving bad reviews, I really do... but i just have to. Now the food is good so go thru the drive thru or get it to go. But if you like RUDE and ENTITLED cashiers, like to hear them curse, and like hearing their phone conversations on speaker phone... then this is your place!! If you to be made to feel like your food order is way less important than their phone call with their friends, or like you ruined there day because you need more time to decide, then this is your place!! When you need chicken supremes... drive thru only... afternoon dining in is not pleasant.

We come around 8 AM we ordered the Bo chicken sandwich and instead of telling us that wasn’t Available at breakfast time they just changed our order to soemthing completely different I didn’t catch until I was out to the car they were not willing to change the order and did not apologize. Very poor management. The food was also cold and they were busy.

Ate here twice this week. Once for breakfast the other day and dinner today. Manager lady had it down on point. Definitely will be back to this location for sure!
