Disappointed this time. Chicken had been sitting too long. Got a 12 piece family pack. They forgot to put in the biscuits and didn't stack properly and the gravy spilled everywhere.
Sheryl was one of the most personable food folks we have met on our trip! Loved the welcoming atmosphere and food was delicious. Thanks for making our first visit awesome!

I came through the drive thru and the lady at the window seemed like she was grouchy and I just got 1 large Pepsi and I was charged 7.56 just for a large Pepsi, I was way overcharged for only 1 large drink, I will not be returning to this restaurant due to them stealing my money, I feel like this was done on

Food was fine, even though anyone could tell it wasn't fresh. They did make my bo rounds fresh though, i appreciated that.While eating my food, i could hear a customer ordering in the drive thru. The employees started mocking her and literally yelling "oh my god" about her ordering her food. Her kid was also being loud enough i could hear him squealing through the speaker and after they left one of the employees very loudly made a remark saying DSS needs to come get that kid.The employees had very disrespectful attitudes about the customers and overall seemed like they're there for a paycheck but don't actually want to work.

Husband stopped and got a chicken supreme box today. When he got home and we fixed a platte we found that the biscuits were raw in the middle, and the tenders were not warm. 40.00 is too much for this kind of service

Got a biscuit at 8:34 asked for bacon on my Cajun. They put it as gravy. Bacon and gravy are not even close to sounding the same. It took me until 9:33 to get back due to traffic. Bull, a bunch of bull. I come through a lot. Guess I'll go to Greer where people care.

Update: today's service was terrible once again. They cannot be bothered to listen to the order. Today's response at the drive through "Botime... Uh huh... Uh huh... Just hold on hold on... Ugh .. what else.... Uh huh... Pull up". Then at the window they weren't pleased that I asked for what I'd actually ordered. Just the worst service and attitudes.Oh my gosh. There has NEVER been a slower place than this. Every Sunday the line moves at a snail's pace. If there were ANY other Bojangles on the way or even sort of on the way, we would go there.I love Bojangles, but this particular one needs a serious overhaul. Whoever the manager is either isn't doing their job training their staff or is just oblivious to how the store works. Either way, unacceptable.I mean my goodness ... McDonald's across the street is moving faster!
