Absolutely the Wirst Burger King we have been to. Wanted Whopoer Je, excited they were 2 for 5....They got the order all wrong, didn't want onions, they had them. Wanted extra pickles, not on. The bun was stale, barely warm. One bite and I threw mine out. This was on Sunday at noon. November 17th. Horrible!

Telling people you don’t have something it’s not good at all just because you don’t want to cook it/do you job, people really just don’t want to work now days, and this is a good example.

I ordered a Whopper with no lettuce or onions and a small fry. I sat in line for 15 minutes get to the first window to pay and she told me I ordered a whopper with no Tomatoe and Pickles. When I told her that's not what I ordered she started cussing and still couldn't get it right. I told her just forget it and drove off. Extremely rude employee that couldn't do her job right.

This Burger King is pretty standard. They nearly always get our order right, so that's going for them. It's a quick place to grab a burger.
Denying service to customers, real nice. Ignoring all cars in the drive thru, even better.

The white lady that was handing out the food was rude as hell, she kept huffing and puffing because I asked for a drink carrier, then she slammed the drink down and was very aggressive about it. Also when I asked for ranch she got mad because I didn't order it at the speaker, and after she handed me the food I told her I still needed my son's ice cream and she rolled her eyes and yelled at another lady asking, "where's the damn I've cream." Everyone else was cool calm and collected. She needs a nerve pill and another job.

After a horrible day after surgery. I placed an order somewhere else. I had placed it for a delivery due to having to have surgery earlier this morning and they did not deliver after 2 hours of waiting I called and they said oh I can no longer get delivered and gave me three different excuses of why so I just canceled my order with them.I then came here to Burger King and the phenomenal staff Carol ,Jen,and Monica helped get my order to take home to my children.The food was made correctly and was fresh. I am forever grateful for their customer service.

Ordered whoppers with cheese. One with no ketchup, fries and onion rings along with 3 chicken wraps. The meat was curled up on the burgers and our order was not right. Onion rings were under cooked and looked like limp biscuits. I asked if the fries and onion rings were fresh. The drive thru person said sharply; Yes. I didn't get my sauce and waited at the window for a good bit until the person recognized me sitting there. The workers were huddled and talking loud and laughing while I waited. Everytime I go thereservice has been terrible, food taste awful. Just smh
