I ordered the Honey Chicken combo through Uber Eats, and it was supposed to come with an egg roll and pork fried rice. But when I got the food, it only had plain fried rice, not pork fried rice. I called the local number, which I think goes to a call center and not the actual restaurant, and told them what happened. They said if I wanted pork fried rice, it would be an extra $1.50, even though the menu says it comes with it. They're advertising one thing and giving me another. If they want the $1.50, that's fine, just add it to the price or take it off the menu. I'm not sure if it's the same owners, but the food has gone downhill the last few times we've ordered. They really need to fix these issues, especially the quality and taste of the food, or they'll lose a lot of business. It's just wrong to have low-quality food and then charge/advertise something and not give it to the customer.

I was assaulted by an employee at this location and had to spend over an hour filing a police report for assault and getting my dashcam and phone recordings to uber eats and the police. This store doesnt realize that verify/confirm order is a different process thdn starting the delivery. I went back to speak with owner before i decided to press charges for assault (cause i giess im too nice) but wouldnt even speak to me. I called which doesnt even go to the store and tried to have owner/manager return my call to give a chance to settle this as adults without involving legal process. Would not even speak on phone or return call..
If you go here make sure you have the means to protect yourself. As a disabled man it is scary that they dont seem to have any reservations about laying hands on customers. NO ONE has the right to put hands on you. Period. Beware!!!

I ordered the General Tso's chicken and 2 shrimp egg rolls last night for dinner, the chicken that they use is disgusting, the sauce was terrible, the shrimp rolls were dry and tuff. What happened to this place, it used to be the best in town but definitely not anymore. I won't be going back until they change the way they cook their dishes.

Bought 130 dollars of food. ALL of it was spoiled. Since the hurricane power outage I have come across both grocery store items and restaurant items that were stale. (expired flour) It doesn't make you sick (necessarily) it just tastes and smells horrible. You have to have no taste buds to think this food is good..Felt like this picture after eating....

This place had THE BEST egg rolls! Got them weekly!! I'm not sure WHAT HAPPEN!! 😕 I went about 2wks w/o getting them and they are AWFUL!! Thought it was a fluke and decided to get them one more time tonight and NOPEEEE. Extremely disappointed only place I ate egg rolls!

They've changed a bit. They redone the register and the staff that looks new didn't know what a combo was when I clearly order a combo
Hope this don't be a regular or I will stop coming up to 3 times a week

My husband got food poisoning from the chicken on 9/18. It was our anniversary.

Whatever they did to the original food... bring it back now! This was the ONLY restaurant that I would eat egg rolls from. I'm so SO disappointed. They have switched to the NASTY frozen crap!!! I'm beyond disappointed and upset. Been going to chang an for YEARS! Not anymore sadly. They lost my business tonight.

will not be returning first off the person who was taking our order was so so rude I am very surprised my husband didn't drag him out we tried to pay with Tap and he kept telling my husband his card wasn't good card and was telling him it was no good so what you gonna do etc the machine said to many problem with card you don't have money smh so my husband said I have money on my card but it's OK I will grab some cash so this man said we not cooking anything until you pay I understand but how he was talking to us was not nice at all he had a bad attitude the food is good but the experience was horrible....

Got beef egg foo young and beef fried rice along with a side of chicken wings. When has fried rice just become rice with oil and onions? What happened to egg, peas , and carrots being a part of fried rice. The beef was sliced so thin and small with literally no taste of beef. Was wondering if it really was beef. Chicken wings were overcooked and egg foo young omelettes just small and greasy with bits of beef here and there. Paying $34 for this is ridiculous. It’s a shame is all I can say!
