My husband got food poisoning from the chicken on 9/18. It was our anniversary.

The egg foo young, egg drop soup and pork egg rolls are delicious!

Whatever they did to the original food... bring it back now! This was the ONLY restaurant that I would eat egg rolls from. I'm so SO disappointed. They have switched to the NASTY frozen crap!!! I'm beyond disappointed and upset. Been going to chang an for YEARS! Not anymore sadly. They lost my business tonight.

will not be returning first off the person who was taking our order was so so rude I am very surprised my husband didn't drag him out we tried to pay with Tap and he kept telling my husband his card wasn't good card and was telling him it was no good so what you gonna do etc the machine said to many problem with card you don't have money smh so my husband said I have money on my card but it's OK I will grab some cash so this man said we not cooking anything until you pay I understand but how he was talking to us was not nice at all he had a bad attitude the food is good but the experience was horrible....

Got beef egg foo young and beef fried rice along with a side of chicken wings. When has fried rice just become rice with oil and onions? What happened to egg, peas , and carrots being a part of fried rice. The beef was sliced so thin and small with literally no taste of beef. Was wondering if it really was beef. Chicken wings were overcooked and egg foo young omelettes just small and greasy with bits of beef here and there. Paying $34 for this is ridiculous. It’s a shame is all I can say!

I normally get good food from my favorite restaurant. I am very disappointed on what I ordered yesterday. I ordered Chinese mixed vegetables large, crab rangoon , egg roll,teriyaki chicken on a stick came out to $26 and some change.
I got home and the egg roll tasted kind of stale, crab Rangoon was hit or miss on the flavor, and my veggies which I do like tasted different like no flavor and sauce watery . Tasted bland with no flavor. Disappointed ☹️. This is my favorite place. What happened?!!

Well, previously I had rated this place very well but it is no where even close to what it was. Just ordered last night, spent a little over $65 for our food but we will not be going back. I have been eating from Chang An for over 20 years but now it's gotten ridiculous. Got our food home, opened the containers and the food portion was EASILY a third less and neither the main courses or fried rice had any of the flavor. I'm almost questioning if the updated 2-star rating is be generous.

My family and I are always pleased with food and service. We generally call in orders and pick up. And there hasn’t been an instance when we have gotten back and discovered something missing. So I definitely recommend this restaurant

I stopped here for the first time ever. It's no longer a buffet, thanks to covid closings but at least there's take out.
I ordered a pork fried egg roll, pork fried rice and crab rangoons.
Service was pleasant and very fast.
Food was very, very good! The rice is loaded with pieces of roast pork and it's tender, flavorful fried rice. The crab rangoons are huge, very crabby flavor and crispy while the sauce was acceptable. My eggroll was the disappointment because it didn't have anything other than vegetables in it ( I think the order taker may not have understood me) but it is an excellent eggroll in flavor and crispiness otherwise. In fact, I'd order it again anyway.
I'll definitely stop in again and order again. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Food is bland. The egg roll was good. The egg drop soup tasted more like chicken broth with a little egg tossed in. The kung Pao chicken wasn’t seasoned. It tasted better after I added soy sauce and chili sauce.

Very good and quick chinese takeout with a friendly and welcoming staff. I've been coming here close to 15-20 years and I have always loved it every time.
