So a few weeks ago there was only 3 employees working.the line was crazy through the drive thru as well as inside.we went inside and waited for minute because of them being short but throughout that they were on top of it.the man in from of us ordered 100.00 worth of food and drinks and he had his food less than 10 mins.people don't realize how hard food servers have it sometimes.the person that was making the food was also running the register.we waited less than 10 mins from start to finish.i think that's dang good for only 3 people working.i never do these type of thing writing reviews for companies but I just felt this needed to be put out there.today we went in there and i ordered a signature toasted latte and when I got it,it had whip cream and spices and was soo good.i asked if thats how it was supposed to come and she said yes so all this time at other dunkens I have been getting dooped.so with that being said next time you have to wait just realize there is always a bigger picture at play😊

The guy "Chance" on the intercom is rude. Short dark hair sunglasses and a black blazer with shorts. Super rude. He kept repeating "what else?" You've been warned. I will not be back to this location. And just so you know they have no eggs. Marcel at the window was polite.

Been coming for a few days now and they have some of the sweetest staff. The man working alone today had such great conversation and the coffee is always made perfectly whether plain or a seasonal order!

Chance is a good manager here he works hard to ensure things are right we come here so much they know our names and what we order half the time before we tell them. Sometimes there’s a wait but people should learn to be patient with them and be kind you have no idea what they are dealing with inside this location is our favorite
Ordered frozen hazelnut, received ice milk cream, asked about the actual coffee,Said oh I'm out of coffee for the frozen? Ok so I asked just put some coffee in this add sugar blend. It wasn't possible.Better training needed and the other worker offered no help. I've never had this issue at another location.

I went there this morning and the lobby wasn't open and there were a line of cars, pretty much out to the main road. I had an online order and by the time I got to the front of the line, my drink was almost melted and my sandwich was cold. I also said on the app not to add a certain item to my order and sure enough, what I didn't want, was in my order. I wasted money on something I didn't want. That was the most unorganized experience I've ever had at that store and very very disappointed.
