Went in for coffee, the coffee machine was broken so opted for hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was more water than chocolate at best. What a disappointment.

it’s always a hit or miss. sometimes they don’t put any sweetener in my coffee or use oatmilk. sometimes it’s spot on. my coffee was so gross this morning i had to throw it away. it’s disappointing

Come on Dunkin...My wife and I ordered breakfast sandwiches, a couple drinks, along with two donuts for a treat later in the day. We ordered a cruller along with a Boston Cream...Is it too hard to put the Boston Cream donut in the bag so that the chocolate is faced up??? Just a common sense thing!!!!! Very frustrating...
Ordered 2 drinks, snackin bacon, & munchkins. Drinks were wrong & the snackin bacon…well see the pictures. Thank goodness they don’t make the donuts in-house. Take pride…do better!

The workers are horrible at the drive in I went there with my dad multiple times the first time we said we want 6 donuts of two different boxes 3 in one 3 in the other and they thought we meant in one big box the other time we went there we ordered three donuts and they gave us two like they can’t here correctly, please train better and get better management

My intentions for this review are to not sound rude at all. However, there is a woman (who is nice) who works early in the morning that cannot make my drink correctly. This is the 3rd time, she's made my drink and I have a very simple simple order, and it taste absolutely not good at all. It's very frustrating, due to me not having time to stop anywhere else as I'm heading into work, and it is a waste of $. Everyone else makes it correctly and it's very good when I've visited at different times.
