I waited in line 25 min for a frozen coke ask to get to the window and say their frozen coke machine down like why not tell me that in beginning so I don’t wait 25 min for nothing then they told me to pull up another time and left me waiting 30 min in a parking spot. Horrible customer service

Fries were half empty Quarter pounder was flat and cold and the dr. Pepper had way to much carbonmation. Every time I go at night,they always leaving something out and I have to go back in to retrieve my item. .they need employees that pay attention and do a great job

I was 1st in drive thru. Had to ask if anyone was there?? From the time they took my order to the time I got it was 25 mins. This is McDonalds. Two meals only. One drink. Girl who delivered the meal said she didn't know why it was slow kinda busy. No one inside eating. Where is the Manager???

Got pulled to dt stall 2 for a large fry and a mocha frappe. They brought out car 3 and 4 before me! Then they come back on and I am missing half an order of my large fries... see photo. Would give 0 stars if Google wasn't stupid. or Negative 1. Update when clicking the link the owner suggested it did not work. McDonald's needs to do better. Stop pulling people up for fries... have them ready especially during peak times... stop serving off orders to make your time look good. Hire more dependable and reliable and honest people.

They have every drive-thru spot full and two people trying to bring out one order at a time. I waited 15 minutes for a hamburger happy meal..OMG!¡! This place will go out of business at this rate. Get with it TR. I rate you a big fat zero!!!

Tried to do curbside pick up, they were busy, so we waited 25 minutes, then went through drive thru. Lady working drive thru said we would have to come in. I come in, nobody acknowledged me, and my food is on the counter with my name on it. I take it and leave, food was ok the McFlurrys were not spinned. Will not order from here again.

if i could rate them zero stars, i would. my friend and i had to wait over 40 minutes to get our food, and then when we FINALLY got it, they got it wrong. they also forgot our drinks, and then handed us two small drink cups. we ordered TWO LARGE CUPS. our medium fries were also filled up half way. i open my snack wrap and it has been made wrong. i send it back, finally get it back, AND ITS MADE WRONG AGAIN. we’re not the only ones waiting either. this mcdonald’s is completely unprofessional and do not stop here no matter how hungry you are.

Couple months ago I got a bad stomach sickness from eating at this McDonald’s. Tonight I found paper label in my sandwich. See the pictures below.
While sitting at the curbside, before 6AM, attempting to place an order... It would not accept the $2.00 any biscuit (I requested the Breakfast steak sandwich) and it would not accept the request for a sausage biscuit. Just damn aggravating.

Waited 20 min inside. Went to the counter to ask, and it had been sitting in the chute, not bagged, just being overlooked. They bagged it and said enjoy. It was not enjoyable. Had to change for nuggets took 32 to min get everything. Left hungry and unhappy
