We drove thru on our way to Greenville, they were quite slow considering it was 230 in the afternoon. We asked for ketchup at the window and the lady gave us 1 pack for 2 large fries, We survived of course ha but disappointed after she had specifically told us she put ketchup in the bag. Time didn't allow us to go back for additional ketchup. McDonald's has a unique tasting ketchup which taste so good on hot fries. When you serve people-serve them as you would want to be served.

Waiting 30 minutes and counting in the drive thru. Male employee on the intercom had no respect or sense of urgency but the young girl at the window was pleasant and respectful.
Update 12/14/24: still waiting ridiculous wait times in the drive through. Staff incompetent and clueless.

Saturday night crew is lead by clowns. Line was wrapped around the building, go inside and the manager is on a freaking profanity filled FaceTime call. Will not be back to this location!

Closed over an hour early, no sign on the door. Stated they had to "Start cleaning" and were closing so they could "Clean for closing". I always thought cleaning the store was something you did throughout the day and once the store was closed. Extremely unprofessional about it when letting customers know. I personally will not be back.

Placed a order via the App... Took Screenshots of Order Number & Confirmation Number.... They said... The person that paid for order had to have the actual phone in their possession to get the order.... So Not True ..!! Either way, the person that went to pick it up....Just tried to reorder / ordered random food for like 10 people....paid for it all AGAIN..!!!! I Tried to Contact Support, says contact store, I did so.... They said I have to go there & bring my card to get refund.... Unbelievable considering ... 6 plus Mcdouble meals, Mcribs, 40 plus nuggets ....all food was cold, No sauce, Wrong Drinks Only * 4 minute drive *....

Tried to pick up an online order last night. I had the confirmation number from the order. After a few minutes I was told where it would be placed on the counter. I asked about the order after waiting ten plus minutes and was told they did not receive the order because I did not have the phone it was placed on, through the app. Was told I could go get that phone or the order would be refunded. So I placed another order at the counter and waited for it to be ready. Another 10 to 15 minutes. App order has not been refunded as of yet. The employees in the store acted like they could not care about anything. It is a shame zero stars is not a choice. But McDonalds will not be my choice at least not the TR location.

Stopped by McDonald’s and was thrilled to find they had mocha frappes! Since frappes aren’t available in my town because of the water issues after Hurricane Helene, this was basically liquid gold. I almost ordered two, but decided to show some self-control (you’re welcome, fellow frappe lovers). Fast service and the perfect treat—totally worth the trip!

Never thought I’d leave a review for a McDonalds but this place deserves it. Not sure what this franchise’s owner is doing differently but the employees at this location are miles above the usual McDonalds employee. Fantastic customer serves, always with a smile and the food is always consistent unlike many other McDonalds. Well done!
