We’ve been there three times. First time they were out of food because of Christmas parade. Second time, the food and serve were great. Third time, we walked out after sitting for 10 minutes and never being acknowledged. The table behind us, that came in after us, had their drink order taken, drinks brought out, and food order taken while we just sat. Numerous staff members were chatting at the bar and watched us walk out and never said a word.
