Came through to see if they had the family fest still. They didn't so I told John I was going to look online and order. He walked out to the other side of the parking lot to inform me , they actually had another in house meal option that's not on line.Man that was top notch, and I mean I was in the whole other section of the parking lot. Thanks man this reminds me why I love my little town.

Even though we came in late, they were still good to us.

Wasn't impressed! We told the lady we were a party of 10 with some little kids. Mind you, the restaurant had ONLY ONE OTHER TABLE SEATED! She is like we will get a table ready and walked away. For 10 minutes go by, and another group walks in of 4, and the lady comes back up and takes them back and puts them at the tables they just put together that we thought was for our party. She seats them and then walked away. 4 people at a table for 10? I worked in the restaurant business, so i thought maybe they called ahead. Maybe they dont have enough servers to seat us. The lady walks by, does a few things, then comes back, and I say nicely, when do you think we will be seates? She points toward the table and is like, isn't that your group? Seriously, if we were a part of their group, don't you think we would have been standing anywhere remotely near them or at least followed them as they went to the table? They went to that table and asked them to move after they had already started eating even though they could have pulled a few other tables together elsewhere. During dinner, the server was gone most of the time. I couldn't request pizzas like at the pizza in in pickens, not a lot of selection for pizza or salad! Don't think I will be returning to this one and just sticking with the pickens pizza inn! So much selection for pizza and salad!!!!

Mondays are senior day, at least at this location. We love to people watch and it's great to see all these people enjoy the friendships they make with others at the buffet. I love it especially since birth of my parents are gone. Regardless, you can't beat the price. Two seniors can eat for under $19 and that includes their drink. (Remember to tip the servers $$$ as they work overly hard). They are keeping the salad bar full, as well as the pasta, pizza and desserts. Plus they take your special orders and keep your drinks filled. The best though, watching all those seniors navigate friendships made on the one day special for them.

My family and I are frequent patrons of Pizza Inn in Travelers Rest, SC. On 3-30-25, we visited with our wheelchair-bound son. While waiting to be seated, a gentleman, presumably the manager, approached us and stated that he needed to find someone to seat us. Although the restaurant was not busy, with only three occupied tables, a male waiter we had previously encountered passed by, and I attempted to get his attention. He informed us of a 15-minute wait time on Sundays, which I disputed, stating that we had never experienced such a delay. He became defensive, stating that we could not be seated in his section and abandoning us in the middle of the floor with our son. The manager then informed us that there was limited seating available, with only one specific area suitable for us. We felt discriminated against and were deeply upset by this experience, particularly our son, who rarely dines in restaurants due to discomfort. We will not return.

Discrimination by staff of person with disabilities, who do you think you are to not accommodate someone in a wheelchair? If you are not that busy , should not be a issue. Yes this is being reported to better business bureau and other places. Good luck.

My family and I are frequent patrons at the pizza inn in travelers rest sc. We usually go on Sundays after church but on 3-30-25 we decided to eat at this restaurant the only difference is we had our wheelchair bound son with us but you didn't think it would be an issue considering there is a wheelchair bound young man that works as a greeter. While we were waiting to be seated a gentleman(who presume is the manager) approached us and stated he had to find someone to seat us. Mind you there are only around 3 tables seated at this point the rest of the tables were vacant. A male waiter whom we have been seated by before was passing by us and I kind of threw my hand up at him to get his attention to see if he could set us. And he said very rudely that it's usually a 15-minute wait time on Sunday and I just simply stated that we have never had to wait to be seated on Sunday he caught an instant attitude it said that we could not be seated in his section and left us standing in the middle of the floor with my son that's in a rather large wheelchair. Then who I assumed to be the manager told us that was limited seating for us that are only option was a specific area we were just completely dumbfounded because I don't understand what happened other than we were being discriminated against because we had somebody that was in a wheelchair. It was very upsetting to us add our son doesn't often go into restaurants to eat because he feels so uncomfortable so this was a horrible experience for him. And I can assure you we will never be back.

Pizza was good and there were plenty of choices. Was seated quickly and the staff was friendly.

There was very little pizza at 5:45 which is dinner time so that was weird, and all the food that was there seemed to be atleast 2-3 hours old and only put out a couple fresh pizzas which immediately got fully eaten so I still couldn't get any pizza, and not to mention the temperature inside the building made any good cold the second I got to the table

Food was dry and pizza was hard, our server was wearing airpods and seemed like she forgot about us after filling out drinks the first time.
The place was dead and sad
