We came in about 15 minutes to close. Dave who had worked all day greeted us with a smile and made me a sub just the way I like it with a lot of extra mayo. He was clearly tired and had a long day yet was very kind and friendly. I will visit your location till I can no longer.

I usually come around 7:45 so I don't have an issue with someone being there but management may want to check the cameras I came in right at 7:30 and even waited 5 minutes and there appeared to be no one there yet.

Disappointing Cheese Steak EndeavorRating: ★I am an ardent fan of Philly cheese steaks, and my quest for the perfect sandwich led me to this particular spot. Unfortunately, my experience with this cheese steak was far from satisfactory, leaving me both disappointed and with an unpleasant aftertaste.Right off the bat, the presentation of the sandwich was underwhelming. The bread, which should have been a fresh and crusty roll, was slightly soggy, giving the impression that it was either old or poorly stored. The contents of the sandwich seemed hastily put together, with an uneven distribution of steak, cheese, and onions. The taste and texture of the sandwich were equally disheartening. The thinly sliced rib-eye, which should have been the star of the show, was overcooked, dry, and tough to chew. The meat lacked the succulence that one would expect from a good Philly cheese steak, and the seasoning was mediocre at best. The cheese, an essential component of the sandwich, was another letdown. Instead of the creamy and gooey goodness of a traditional cheese sauce or melted provolone, I encountered an almost rubbery and flavorless layer of cheese that felt like an afterthought. Additionally, the onions were undercooked and lacked the sweet, caramelized notes that would have provided some balance to the dish.Lastly, the most unfortunate aspect of this cheese steak was the lingering bad aftertaste. The combination of the subpar ingredients and the questionable preparation left a distinctly unpleasant and bitter flavor in my mouth that persisted long after I had finished the sandwich. In conclusion, this Philly cheese steak sandwich was a major disappointment, and I would not recommend it to fellow cheese steak enthusiasts. The poor execution and lack of attention to detail resulted in a sandwich that not only failed to satisfy my cravings but also left a bad aftertaste. The quest for the perfect cheese steak continues.

2 young boys working. Terrible service and they were not wearing hair nets. One had a man bun tied up in the front of his face. Received coupons in the mail and they refused to accept them. I wish Younger people had more respect for others. We might have some age on us but we are not stupid. If there was a zero I would have given that instead of a one. We won't be back ever again.

Terrible customer service. The girl with the black hair in a ponytail looked like she hated life. Waited 10 mins for someone to come from the back to even be greeted.

I worked there as well as ate there. The food is good and the employees are super nice. Don't forget to put a tip in the little green box near the registers. It does help the employees through the week

Gave our table away in 30 seconds after hollering our name once. We were at the bar.Basic rib rule... remove the silver membrane. Ribs were dry and over cooked. My ribs are better and I'm an amature.Had entertainment that made it worth it. Still had a good time!

I just wanted to say I would have given no stars if available. Stopped by Sunday evening with my daughter. We stood at the counter and waited, People had been served as we walked in. The employee walked to the back. We continued to wait. After a few minutes she walked around to the front, grabbed a cup and never once even acknowledged us. She then went around to the back. We waited a few more minutes and then walked out. When my daughter went to get a shopping cart, and we passed back by, she was standing at the counter. Just a "I'll be with you in a minute" would have been nice.
