I tried to go through drive thru and was told via speaker to pull to window- at window was asked if I had an online order I said no - and was told there was a sign at window that said only for online - I told here there was no sign - and asked If I could just give her my order. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO customers AT STORE- no one. She got a horrible attitude and told me she would do it this One time. I was shocked by her RUDE BEHAVIOR- I then told her not to bother and drove away. Will NEVER GO BACK!!! Service used to be good there but no more!

Placed an online app order just to receive a call that the store had no bread but wheat and flatbread. I asked them to cancel the order and was informed since I placed a mobile order using their app they can’t assist me with this. Clearly their employees have never tried to use their app before because there is no cancel option . They processed my payment of $32 and I received no food !! Trying to contact the store isn’t easy when nobody answers the phone . Definitely don’t recommend .

Being from Japan visiting family in Greenville . My sister recommended this subway , I'll say this she wasn't wrong very clean , food excellent, price was great, customer service was great, the two we money on staff their greeted me with a smile . I'll say their communication with each other was on point! They also seemed to joke with each other even while they were very busy.i think the two on staff were the only ones working see that they were so busy I waited for a good bit of time and we'll worth waiting for young lady jugest a titain turkey sandwich she made nice and neat not one vegetable or meat fell out of my sandwich, I'll be visiting this subway and the two wonderful wemon

First off, the touch screen at the drive thru didn't work. So we had to pull up to the window on the afternoon of 7-26-24 to order. And thank goodness we did. We pulled up to the window to place our order and as we looked in, it appeared as a crack addled Bin Ladens brother was being trained to make subs. The was NO WAY that this dudes grey beard hairs were not falling into sandwiches and they offered no protection for the man. We just pulled away. You're so nasty there...and obviously, desperate for help.

Lady making my sandwich was extremely rude and gave me a nasty look when I told her I didn’t want anything extra on my sandwich. I have an eating disorder and cannot eat lots of extra foods on my sandwiches or in general. She had a very nasty attitude towards all the customers including my siblings & slammed her fists on the counter when someone came through the door.

My wife, son and I came here on a Saturday around 1130. I asked the lady before I ordered if I could use multiple coupons, just out of curiosity. She told me I would have to be rung up multiple times, to which I responded "that's fine let's ring it up multiple times" she got visibly upset and walked to the back for a few minutes, I guess to cool down. Then when she came out she displayed very poor customer service. The other guy came out of the back and was very much more friendly than she was. But, the poor service was hard to ignore. Then when we checked out they notified us there was no ice at all in the whole building. A large group of construction workers came in after me, around 5 of them. The same lady was so rude to them that they all simultaneously left. I think this location could be a really good place and I understand people have bad days but this didn't seem like a one-off incident.

Go through the drive thru. They struggle to force the credit card reader to your car so you can decide on what tip they get. It's a drive thru. No tip. Stop forcing this. It's awkward and annoying. Service is t good enough for a tip to begin with. When did tipping fast food become a thing? People don't get tips for doing the job they're paid for.

Walked in stood at bar for 10 minutes no one else in building except for one working refusing to acknowledge us after making eye contact multiple times. I work I have a job and I never in a million years would ignore a customer . Heard a guy speaking in the back about some used couch he got? Who cares about your couch with dog hair. I came in to get food and left feeling stupid and still hungry. Absolute ridiculous

The young girl that served me didn't want to make my meatball sub. She proceeded to try to convince me that there wasn't enough. She would've gotten tipped but she had no desire. It also smelled bad of cat urine when walking in the door

I sat in drive through for 5 minutes at the box. No one would acknowledge me. I pull up to the window and they do the same. Walk right past me and ignore me. Worst service ever. They always get stuff wrong here and obviously their staff does not care. I continue to sit here while posting this review and never even got served. I will take my business elsewhere.
