So I’m on my lunch break and I walk over to kfc. Walking in there’s a sign that says they can’t take cards in the lobby but they can at the drive thru window. So I asked them could they take my card to the window and pay for me and they said no I’d have to go through the drive through. I explained to them that I didn’t have a car and this is when they refused me service. What a shitty experience this was

Was told that they can’t do 2 orders at the drive through, all had to be on one ticket. Never have I ever heard that. Lady rude and barely spoke. I’d just avoid this place all together.

The cashier was not friendly at all infact he barely spoke. the chicken wasn't fresh the biscuits did have a good flavor but the size of them would t satisfy a toddler let alone an adult. We also ordered original recipe and was handed crispy ... And let's not even start on the fact that a 12 piece bucket and a 6 pack of biscuits dang near $40 ya ... No I can go to a steak house for just a little more. Definitely not worth the price!

I have been stopping at this location for at least 10 years. We love taco bell and KFC, but hate that this is the most convenient location to us. They have gotten our order wrong for taco bell so many times that we don't even order that here anymore. On my way home picking up the kids and we stopped for a 6 piece because my wife is out of town and it's just the kids and I. Get home to dish out, and the bucket only has 5 pieces of greasy chicken all stuck together.
Please, for the love of God, do better.

The best crunch wrap supreme, sub black beans, no cheese sauce, add jalapeño of my life! They were busy and still took the time to indicate which crunch wrap was which by writing on the paper. 10/10
