Delicous! The sausage and brisket were juicey and flavorful. The sauces were homemade with love! Datil pepper fans try the mustard sauce..and ken is kind and compassionate. I was feeding an elder and he made sure she was happy!! Best food is local!

Our PTA used The Saucy Pig for teacher appreciation. Not only did James drive from TR to Simpsonville to set up and cater the day before his wedding, but he gave us the most amazing barbecue I’ve had. I normally don’t like macaroni and cheese, but OMG, his Mac was so darn good. I was sad I didn’t get to try the mustard barbecue sauce since it was so popular we ran out. We will definitely be using him again!

We recently had The Saucy Pig BBQ cater a Teacher Appreciation event at our middle school, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. James personally came out to handle the setup and service, which added a really thoughtful, personal touch. Such a stress free experience.

The food was absolutely delicious, tender, flavorful BBQ that was clearly made with care and expertise. The staff and teachers couldn’t stop raving about the pulled pork, chicken, and all the sides. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and served hot and on time.

James was professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. You could tell he takes pride in both his food and his service. It made the whole event feel even more special.

We ordered a double smoked ham for our Christmas dinner last night and let me tell you, Honey Baked Ham better count your days. So flavorful, crisp on the outside, and juicy on the inside. Even my “hard-to-please” in laws gave me a compliment and couldn’t stop talking about the ham. I, of course took credit but this review is repentance for my sin. Amen

Travis catered our Christmas Meal for Lindstrom Metric and done an amazing job. The food had so much flavor and I got a lot of compliments from employees. We will definitely be booking again!!!

If you love BBQ as much as me and my husband do then you must try this place!!! If I could give it more stars, I would!! The flavor of this BBQ is out-of-this-world!!! We had the pork this week and we already want more. This gentleman knows how to make the best! He has won so many competitions for all cuts of meat! We have eaten BBQ all over and this is THE BEST!!
