Vitellus Latte
A Vietnam delicacy, an egg yolk creme is mixed with a double espresso shot to produce a well-balanced latte with protein and mild acidity.
Bone Broth
Choice of chicken, beef, or both. All broth is made from grass-fed/finished beef and pasture-raised chicken, simmered for 15 plus hours using anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting herbs.
Bubble Tea
24 oz. A refreshing black tea drink, infused with a variety of flavors: Thai tea (with milk), winter melon, watermelon, kiwi, strawberry, kumquat, lychee, mango, pineapple, and passion fruit.

Our first visit here and won't be our last! This place has amazing, fresh food with magical flavors. We had the Beef Pho and the Noodle Shrimp Salad and got some broth to go. The food was absolutely spectacular with perfectly balanced flavors and textures. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and quiet. Highly recommend for healthy and fresh food!

Wonderful little cafe in scenic and touristy Travelers Rest. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine and garden fresh ingredients. Full of tasty herbs, rich broth, and delicious sauces. Outstanding service, huge proportions and friendly atmosphere.

This place is amazing. My husband and I have been coming here since we were dating, and over the years the food has been consistent and high quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find this last time around their menu has been updated to easily read and accommodate food allergies. So much love for Truboth!!!
