Overpriced for what you get. I liked the young man helping us but other than that it was an average experience.

I can’t believe I’ve missed this little spot. Local food, fresh made bakery items, local drip coffee. It was delicious. 10/10.

Stopped in here one Sat afternoon and were pleasantly surprised and impressed. They make their own GF bread with Italian herbs and it’s the best I’ve ever tasted! The Asian chicken wrap was phenomenal. Would definitely go back again! 😀

Perfectly scrumptious breakfast. High quality and just what we were looking for. Can't wait to come back.

Deeply mediocre food. Definitely not worth the price--deeply overpriced. The sandwiches and the pastry came cold. It was clear they had been warm at one point but had sat out for a long time before reaching us. Additionally, it took us 50 minutes to get a total of three sandwiches and one pastry. The pastry arrived before--30 minutes after we ordered--and it was cold. To be frank, it was not busy enough nor understaffed enough to justify the wait time.

The atmosphere outside is great. I liked the seating, and the pollinator garden was adorable. We wanted to like this place, but it has significantly more style than substance.

Upcountry Provisions was a favorite of mine but I went today and it was not an experience that will bring me back. We only had a couple of things on our order and the food took over 30 min to arrive. We were looking for a quality breakfast and not to wait 30 min for simple breakfast food from the time we ordered until it arrived. one breakfast sandwich and a side of eggs and heated up potato salad should not take 30 minutes at a casual place like this. When I ordered breakfast potatoes they had dairy, though there was no indication on the menu or from the front staff when I ordered that there was dairy. The staff did refund it once I found that out. They explained that they just heat up their potato salad and that’s what they use as their breakfast potatoes. The only other thing I was able to eat was the baked egg on the menu which was so dry and unappealing. The staff seems to be really busy and unable to fully handle the environment of the restaurant.

Great spot for breakfast. There was a little wait for the food but it was well worth it. Food was very fresh and flavorful.

The restaurant is very quirky with a large focus on farmhouse feel.

Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Travels Rest.

First time here and my family and I thought it was great. I really liked the gorp core/granola vibe. With that being said, for the love of God please move that shirt rack where we order. The line was all over the place and I had some old lady grip at me for blocking the door. She was so rude other people were looking at us. I guess I was hindering gram gram's girl trip even though there was another door. I'm all for selling merch but that rack was in everyone's way (waiters, customers, gram gram). Overall food was great and staff were friendly. Oh and it was a bit pricey.

We’ve driven past here for years and finally decided to get a sandwich to-go. The sandwich was delicious. It was also $17 for the smallest sandwich I could imagine with a side of chips. SEVENTEEN DOLLARS. I don’t care if it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had, for that price at least pack the sandwich full of fillings.

Friendly service, comfortable dining area, and the food was amazing. We ordered two different frittatas and a gf muffin and everything was so delicious.

The food is good but the consistency, service and pricing are not. They almost always forget the sides that come with the sandwiches and when you're paying so much, that seems pretty reasonable to expect the food you order. The workers sound annoyed when you call to order or have questions. Please do not order the $4 side of bacon, it's basically robbing you.

My favorite sandwich shop in the Grenville area.

It was a first time going here and it definitely will not be the last. It's a cozy little place and has an outdoor area which at the time we were there, it had two musicians playing music and singing. Very nice laid-back atmosphere.
