Waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes- only 3 cars ahead of me. I get to the speaker and the woman does not greet me but merely says- “Go ahead with your order.” I start to give my order and she interrupts me saying- “Hold on.” Then 5 minutes later, she says “Go ahead”. So, I place my order. Then, I pull up and she says, “We are only taking cash.” 😂

Just left your drive thru with my $15 order and the fries continue to be cold old and limp. Going somewhere else from now on. Gave this location too many chances already. Need better management.

DOORS ARE ALWAYS LOCKED. I have tried several times and witness the doors are never open but yet the hours state they're open to 1am. So many people come to the door and are turned away. The drive thru is at a stand still and the customer service is ridiculous. Do not waste your time.I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but had to in order to leave a review.

Asked to add a cheeseburger and worker that makes the food in the back black male starts cussing and yelling about it and workers are very unprofessional singing and yelling taking one person at a time foods disgusting and so are the people there inside and out

Wow, this is the most unprofessional crew I’ve witnessed in long time. Hopefully this will change soon. Wait times are horrible, attitudes are poor. Customer service is lacking, teamwork is non existent. Long lines in the dining room and drive thru. During the most busies hours you have employees walking around not doing anything, employees watching other employees work, employees going in and out of the store arguing with other employees. Employees disrespecting other employees and the manager/leadership. I’ve never seen a manager get treated horribly like she did. I waited 30 minutes for my food watching this circus happening. They gave my food away and then I had to wait again for my food. When I spoke up about it, one employee argued instead of taking action and getting my food prepared. I’ve been to this store literally 3 days and each day it’s been a circus. Corporate needs to step up and fix the issue because this store is suffering. It’s just a bad look.
