The slowest zaxbys I've ever been to. I ordered 20 min ahead and still wait 18 more minutes for a big zax snack.

I went through and ordered a 10 piece wing in hot honey mustard, a large order of fries, & a strawberry lemonade. I was there pretty early & no one was there in the drive thru. We were the only ones in line. They were cutting up & laughing in the back & making their own drinks. They held onto our card for way longer necessary & it took quite a while for our food to get out. Then when I got home & opened my order, my wings aren’t even tossed in the hot honey mustard at all. They just gave me a cup. I worked at a Zaxby’s before for over 2 years & I know for a fact that is not how it’s supposed to be done, it’s not the customers job to do your job for you. How hard is it for you to toss some wings around in a container? Also, my order of fries was completely unseasoned & bland and we did not receive Zax sauce, which we specifically asked for. I had to stop eating the wings because they were dry as hell & undercooked. Hopefully, I don’t end up getting sick from eating one. 🙃 Pretty much the only edible thing out of a damn near $30 order was fries & the cheesecake bites. & the only thing actually done correctly was the cheesecake bites. I’ve worked in multiple fast food places in the past, and it’s generally common sense that you don’t serve people food you wouldn’t eat yourself. It’s also not that difficult of a job and there’s no reason to mess something up that badly unless you’re just lazy. I’m definitely not coming back here.

My past three experiences at this Zaxbys have only had one good out of 3 orders (33 1/3% correct rate). Same three orders of the exact same items. Each order was a Zensation salad and a 4 finger plate all this occurred within the last month. First time I went they had no coleslaw so I could not get a Zensation salad because it comes with coleslaw . And my wife likes the coleslaw and so she just got extra fries. The next time i want in for the same items it was correct. The 3rd time I went in and got the same items and again got home and my sensation salad which is suppose to have chicken in it , did not have any chicken in the zensation salad. I called , had paid with cash and went through the whole conversation over the phone and I just decided to eat the salad i had without any chicken. Order # 92282928 12/11/2025 at 3pm. It was not busy either at the drive in or actually inside the Zaxbys. To be very fair the young lady who actually did the order at least on 2 of the orders was very pleasant and professional. She did not make the food nor do I think she is the person responsible for ordering supplies. I'm done with our Travelers Rest, SC Zaxbys . I have no confidence unless you actually eat in the restaurant that you will get what you order.

We've been coming to this Zaxbys for years, but lately the service has gone down hill. There have been numerous times they are completely out of tea and will not make more. Tonight they told us they were out of Zax sauce and honey mustard. The fries were burnt. We were initially told it would be 30 minutes for our food. Luckily, it did not take that long. Many people walked out because of the wait.

4th visit; went there for 50% off milkshakes, but managed to get almost every non-chicken item on the menu. (We don't eat chickens; we have them as pets!!)

I dont understand why any one in the food industry would send 2 salads out that look so different on the same order. On top of that we recieved no dressing for one of the salads. I know the order was placed correct since we did it online and it's printed on the receipt.

Was told when ordering they were out of fries !! Only option was to order fingers in 5,8 or 10. So had to get fried pickles as a side. How do you run out of fries?!! Also visit before today they had no RANCH cups. Only dressing. Who ever the manger is needs to be fired.

We waited in the dinning room from 12:30 until 1:45 before getting our food. I walked to the counter to ask if they called my name, the manger said no, but a young man said it's been sitting on the counter for 15 min. If they called my name I didn't hear it, the music was so loud, we asked the manager to change the AC because it was a icebox in there, was told they didn't have the code. they never bothered to walk into the dinning area a call out my name. as if you would pay for food then leave. the drink machine was out, no tables were wiped down, there was food on the floor, the staff acted like they were so over whelmed they were in a daze. This is upper managers fault. You know Sunday to be busy, your store should be ready. terrible experience, for the third time . Won't go back again.

What a joke. I inevitably regret my choice to support this establishment after my visit…. 1/10 - cashier is fighting for her life taking my order. Took over 30 minutes to get our food!

Get ready to have to wait for your food and receive smaller portion sizes. The taste of the food is great but the wait time and the decreased portions is ridiculous. It took me 30 minutes to get a salad through the drive-thru and when I did receive it it was made incorrectly. I went back through the drive-thru and got my salad but it was still missing items. The fries that I ordered were a large and the size of a small so if you're ordering fries just make sure to save yourself some money and just get a small.
