We waited in the dinning room from 12:30 until 1:45 before getting our food. I walked to the counter to ask if they called my name, the manger said no, but a young man said it's been sitting on the counter for 15 min. If they called my name I didn't hear it, the music was so loud, we asked the manager to change the AC because it was a icebox in there, was told they didn't have the code. they never bothered to walk into the dinning area a call out my name. as if you would pay for food then leave. the drink machine was out, no tables were wiped down, there was food on the floor, the staff acted like they were so over whelmed they were in a daze. This is upper managers fault. You know Sunday to be busy, your store should be ready. terrible experience, for the third time . Won't go back again.

What a joke. I inevitably regret my choice to support this establishment after my visit…. 1/10 - cashier is fighting for her life taking my order. Took over 30 minutes to get our food!

Get ready to have to wait for your food and receive smaller portion sizes. The taste of the food is great but the wait time and the decreased portions is ridiculous. It took me 30 minutes to get a salad through the drive-thru and when I did receive it it was made incorrectly. I went back through the drive-thru and got my salad but it was still missing items. The fries that I ordered were a large and the size of a small so if you're ordering fries just make sure to save yourself some money and just get a small.

If i had a dollar everytime they were out of stuff after 7:00 pm i could retire, and its always sweet tea. I know the kitchen just doesn’t want to make more. Its like this everytime i come here.

Placed my order through the app only to find out that their lobby is closed with no signs posted, it is only 7:30 pm, and by the time I waited in the drive through it was 8.15 before I even got my order.

Took 30 minutes to get two salads. Will never come back. They should have said there were 2 gigantic catering orders ahead of me. It would have taken so little to do that. No courtesy.

After waiting for thirty minutes and feeling a bit of a pariah for asking for the food we paid for earlier, it was all rectified by Chloe. I appreciate the kind gentleman who handed me my food, Jorga. I understand the restaurant was swamped, but my traditional wings were cold. Thank you Chloe for fixing my order. I appreciate you.

If I could give zero stars I would but since I can’t I’m going to tell you about the lovely experience I had today with this Zaxbys.
I went into Zaxby’s today to pick up an online order that I had placed and I went out to the parking lot and had dropped my wallet no big deal. I dropped the food back at home when I realized I had forgot my wallet there or it had fallen on my pocket I got up there and they said no one had turned it in yet even though my mom had just called up there and said that someone had indeed turned it in. The manager had come out to talk to me and stated that someone had turned in the wallet, but they had lost it within the 20 minutes it took me to get back up to the store and go home. they don’t then stated that they could not find the wallet and my mom continued to call the store where she was told that someone had seen the girl take the wallet from a customer and put it in her locker. That is all here though, so I don’t know how much that is but my wallet was not on the premises at that time we ended up having a call the cops, and all of the sudden my wallet had been returned was $30 less than it had been taken with. We decided not to press charges because we did not go through the hassle of that and we did not take our officers time but just know that this place is so dishonest and thieving the cop told us that this is not the first time that happened so I would take your business elsewhere.
