Missing items we ordered. Rude employees, cold food, Every time there is something wrong with our order. We've tried going in to order the last few visits, a disaster, employees not into their job. Customer service is bad. Drive-thru isn't reliable, either. Spending over 60 dollars for terrible service is a reflection on the owners and lack of responsible management.

Employee at the register was talking to her son when I walked in, and she did not pause to take my order, instead just moving to the register and staring at me waiting for me to talk. Did not greet me or ask what I wanted to order. I used a coupon for 2 gyros for $7 and she asked me what kind I wanted. When I asked what my options were she told me "Greek, beef, or turkey" in a frustrated tone of voice like it was the most obvious thing in the world. She at least told me to have a nice day once my order was ready, but that was about the only courtesy I was afforded. No complaints about the food.

Very rarely order from this location but when we do, they always get the order wrong or forget an item. Today was no exception. They forgot the fries with one combo and ignored the customization of the other sandwich.

Dang Arby’s you all got to do better or you’re hiring managers got to do better just cause they’re looking for a job does not mean you have to give them one. The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the strawberry milkshake was great. I got the turkey wrap and There was no wrap about it.It was horrible,Couldn’t even pick it up let alone eat it because the chicken was so old you couldn’t bite into so that was eight dollars that went in the trash a complete mess as you see in the photos . Whoever made that sandwich has no business being on the line.My other issue was when you hand someone their food and or drink look at them don’t be looking the other way and when they say thank you don’t go ah huh that is just plain out rude and disrespectful. That’s the second time in one week we got that attitude so we won’t be back to that location. It’s a shame because this Arby’s location used to be good. I don’t know what y’all changed but you need to be putting it back

When this first opened they had the best young man working the window. They now have some very unprofessional rude woman and obviously do not care bc people have been complaining and nothing has been done. That’s why there is no business here anymore. It’s hard to find anybody that wants to work in union pesos anyway let alone good help.

I absolutely love Arby's in Union. The staff are wonderful. Always trying to get me the best deals available. Food is always fresh and quickly served. The staff there remember us and always talk to my child about his matchbox cars.
COLD FRIES and COLD sandwiches plus 1 sandwich was made incorrectly. I made a vow after the horrible food the last few times not to ever come back but after their chicken sandwich looked really good, I bit the bullet, but what a HUGE mistake and the last time. The best thing about my order was the COKE! $23.50 for cold food and incorrect items is a disgrace. NEVER AGAIN!

We arrived knowing it was near closing 9:48, and had made our minds to eat standard beef and cheddar + fries fare for this reason. We pulled up to the drive thru and by 9:53 no one had acknowledged us. Again knowing it was late, we pulled around. Upon doing so we made eye contact with the young woman at the counter. She looked at us, and slipped to the back, never to return. At 9:58, we pulled away- never to return. As seasoned adults we understand the pain of the customer near closing, and were going to do our best to work with the ee’s, but it seems as if she does not understand how her paycheck is generated. It’s unfortunate for Arby’s, Union, and her future, lucky for us there are many other choices in Union.
