I ordered a double whooper with cheese meal and a bacon king meal. The double whooper with cheese, had one patty and no cheese, the Bacon King add mustard, no mayonnaise. Keep the ketchup, had no ketchup or cheese on it. The app where I ordered it will not let me submit the complaint. It freezes every time. I expect a refund or I expect a to be made whole

There were too many mistakes in our order, and the first 2 I let pass. The swapping of a treat for a toy or food item I chose to swap BUT they left out my children's fries😑 .. she said it can't be an applesauce AND fries. However, I expressed i swapped a toy and got one, and the kids already opened them, so I couldn't return them. She acknowledged it was her fault, BUT I had to pay for them NOW. Smh. I just ate the rest of our mistakes (shake instead of iced coffee, no drinks added to our dine in tray. No sauce that was entered in the kiosk)

Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever been to! The young lady who took my order, I spoke slowly, clearly and precisely, and she could never t get it! I repeated the order again and she repeated it back incorrect again and then she acted like I was the inconvenience?! Really?!
The food has been very good for a while now. If you love a flame grilled Burger 🍔 stop by and have it your way. Good job to the Burger King and their court.

The drive thru is actually a secondary parking lot; wouldn’t attempt on lunch break. Third time I’ve been here and nothings changed.
