There were too many mistakes in our order, and the first 2 I let pass. The swapping of a treat for a toy or food item I chose to swap BUT they left out my children's friesš .. she said it can't be an applesauce AND fries. However, I expressed i swapped a toy and got one, and the kids already opened them, so I couldn't return them. She acknowledged it was her fault, BUT I had to pay for them NOW. Smh. I just ate the rest of our mistakes (shake instead of iced coffee, no drinks added to our dine in tray. No sauce that was entered in the kiosk)

Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever been to! The young lady who took my order, I spoke slowly, clearly and precisely, and she could never t get it! I repeated the order again and she repeated it back incorrect again and then she acted like I was the inconvenience?! Really?!
I will never go back to this Burger King again!!!

The drive thru is actually a secondary parking lot; wouldnāt attempt on lunch break. Third time Iāve been here and nothings changed.

Seems like every time that I do a mobile app order, I have to wait at the restaurant for ten or more minutes to get it after ordering it ten or more minutes prior to getting to the restaurant.

Had to wait 10 mins for a plain burger then got the damn thing wrong twice how hard is plain to make I asked for my money back they handed me a burger ! This bunch of employees do not know what the hell others doing . And the lobby omg it's horrible
Whoever worked 7/2/24 at 10:30 pm HOOKED MY SANDWICH UP!! It was PICTURE PERFECT. Iād was hot, exactly like I ordered it, and send out expeditiously. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. This is by far the best experience Iāve had at a BK in years. (SN: My meat was sliding out the back, so it wasnāt very prominent on the photo. Sorry, but if itās not messy, itās not good.
