I cannot speak to much on the afternoon shift as i only really go to Hardee's for their breakfast, but I want to say their morning crew is phenomenal. They are always so friendly and the breakfast is always sooo good. I love starting my mornings off with a visit here.

Friendly staff and I really enjoyed their monster burgers. I don't eat bread a lot but I do enjoy these burgers. The food is great and it's never really crowded. Most orders are to go so you can take your time and just kind of hang out

The customer service is horrible at this location. The cashier was rude and very impatient. I was waited by Travis L. I didn’t have any napkins in my bag. He didn’t ask if I needed jelly as a condiment for my breakfast sandwich. I had to ask for both napkins and jelly. For this to be a small town here in union you would like the customer service would be warm and welcoming but complete opposite.

Some of these reviews just seem untrue. The line can be wrapped around into the road and I can get through the drive thru in 2-3 minutes tops at breakfast time. You go inside and they have your food ready before you're even done ordering. Employees are all friendly unlike the rest of the fast food places in Union. Especially the man on the speaker. Y’all know who I’m talking about, man was born to be a salesman! Over the last few months, Hardee’s has easily become the best fast food spot in Union.

We went to Hardee's of Union sc on 7/19/25 which was our 11th anniversary. We were given a thank you card by the general manager for our visit. Upon receiving that we mentioned to him and the cashier that it was our 11th anniversary. The guy on the register said our meal was on him and the general manager said your meal is on Hardee's, Happy Anniversary! That was amazing❣️ And then wanted to take our picture with the crew. What an awesome way to start our day and to celebrate our special day❣️ Sorry we didn't get names but Hardee's in Union,SC you know who you are. Again thank you, you made our day special❤️

Their smoked sausage biscuit is a family favorite. Staff is always friendly. Food is always yummy.
They constantly leave out eggs on breakfast platters. They get orders mixed up easily, especially if they’re minorly packed!

Pulled up to get me a Frisco burger and they wouldn’t serve me. True it was 15 min before closing. They wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I honked my horn at the drive-through window.
