Some of these reviews just seem untrue. The line can be wrapped around into the road and I can get through the drive thru in 2-3 minutes tops at breakfast time. You go inside and they have your food ready before you're even done ordering. Employees are all friendly unlike the rest of the fast food places in Union. Especially the man on the speaker. Y’all know who I’m talking about, man was born to be a salesman! Over the last few months, Hardee’s has easily become the best fast food spot in Union.

We went to Hardee's of Union sc on 7/19/25 which was our 11th anniversary. We were given a thank you card by the general manager for our visit. Upon receiving that we mentioned to him and the cashier that it was our 11th anniversary. The guy on the register said our meal was on him and the general manager said your meal is on Hardee's, Happy Anniversary! That was amazing❣️ And then wanted to take our picture with the crew. What an awesome way to start our day and to celebrate our special day❣️ Sorry we didn't get names but Hardee's in Union,SC you know who you are. Again thank you, you made our day special❤️

Pulled up to get me a Frisco burger and they wouldn’t serve me. True it was 15 min before closing. They wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I honked my horn at the drive-through window.

Our cashier was so happy and upbeat and witty! I love her! She was very polite and got us right out the door with our delicious biscuits and wearing a smile.
Excessive wait times. Associates unprofessionally dressed. Food tastes like its been sitting too long. The associates talk smack about the customers audibly.

Warning! Ordered 2 for $5 egg and sausage biscuits and first red flag was instantly handed the food as soon as I pulled up. On the way home driving the biscuits were soggy and everything tasted like it was prepared an hour prior. Upon walking into my home my body instantly ushered me into the bathroom where i profusely vomited. Incompetence is evident.

If I were permitted to rate this establishment, I would give it a zero. I firmly believe that the individuals employed here lack the ability to read. Every time I visit, my order is consistently incorrect.

2 out of my last 3 mobile orders were shorted in one way or another. One was missing two sandwiches mind you I only ordered 4 so that's 50%. My third order was placed at 8:35 pm the app told me the pick up time was 8:55. I got there at 8:50 only to see the employees leaving. So with a $40 order already paid for at Hardee's I had to find another option. I contacted Hardee's through the app, they responded 13hrs later with an Email that said my order was too much for them to refund through the app, WTH?? And told me they would contact the pick up locations management and get back to me. Never heard back but the money was refunded 3 days after I placed the order. Won't be back.
