First time in a long time I’ve visited KFC in Union and it’s been clean! Not to mention the staff was nice and helpful! I’m not sure what the change has been but I’m here for it! Keep up the good work! We will definitely be back my kids love the chicken legs and mashed potatoes.

Today I went to KFC in the drive thru. They got our food out to us at a good time. The chicken was so good. The fries were delicious and the Mac and cheese was delicious. I’ve always had a good experience at this KFC. Keep up the good work!

You can't buy a one piece breast meal so I had to get everything separate. I spent 30.00 dollars on 3 breast meals I will not go back ever

Sad, but it's true! Nowadays people do not like working. Quality workers are hard to come across, and people who take pride in their work are hard to find. The food was cold hard and looked like it was cooked in a month old grease. Won't ever go there again wasn't even worth complaining to anyone about.
I pay for my food at the kiosk so my order obviously goes through then they act confused and say I didn’t pay even though they made the order. Plus the food was cold.
