Door dash and drive through is more important than inside customers. 30 + minutes waiting for a to-go order seems to be the new industry standard here.
Tonight we waited 41 minutes after we paid for a McDouble, 4 Chicken Nuggets, and a small fry. There were 3 cars waiting in the extra drive thru parking spaces when we were asked to pull up to the 3rd Pick Up window which was marked “Pick Up 2”. During the time we waited there were up to 9 vehicles waiting after paying all of which were served before us. Over the last 3 weeks I have stopped in the Union McDonalds for food and ordered Tea and Milkshakes. Every time I was told the ice cream machine is broken. There also was no tea . What is the issue with the ice cream machine being replaced or repaired and why is there no tea? This McDonalds clearly has a Management deficiency and the customers expecting the excellence in Mc Donald’s service of other locations are being left dissatisfied at the Union location.
